Cerimony

~Davian~

My heart is pumping faster then it ever has in my entire life, as I think about what will happen in just a couple of minutes. I am going to be the leader of this whole pack and I have to watch what I do and how I respect others more. My mother said it is a great honnor to be chosen to be a leader. But I not only control all of my pack but once the cerimony is through then I am linked to all of the Alpha's of each pack. All of them. From Japans 423 packs to India's 389 packs. I am head of them all. And I am only a boy! Sometimes I question if I can do this. If I am makeing the right choice to take my mothers place at this age. Should I do this? 

"Hey Davie boy, how you feeling?" I turned around to face Mikie. Never had respect for others over him, unless it was my mother, then he called her Ma'am-which she hates-or he would call her Alpha Rose- which she did like.

"You do know that will be the last time you ever call me that right?"

"Oh yeah, that's why I did it Sir." He came in my room and patted me on the bare back. His hands were cold compared to my body.

"And don't call me Sir. You know how much I hate that." He laughed and I shook my head.

"So have you talked with Rough yet?" I sat down on my desk that sat against the south end of my room.

"I am going to talk to him tomorrow. Actually I was hoping that if he decides to take his rightful place as Alpha of his pack that you would take his place as my Beta." Mikie looked at me with surprise and then he smiled.

"Your pulling my leg?'

"Nope. I am serious."

"Man really? I thought you would pick Ryan or-"

"Mickel Roye Evern I want you to be my Beta. That is if Rough doesn't want his own pack." Mikie stood up and wrapped me in a hug.

" I would be honnored. There's no other Alpha I would want to serve under."

"Seeing as my mothers beta never found his mate and never had any sons or daughters I needed to pick someone I trusted. I trust Rough-"

"Rylee."

"Yes Rylee, but he won't know until tomorrow. I trust him but I feel like if it was my choice I would pick you. I haven't known anyone more true and more stuborn than you. You can talk a little too much at times but I know I can trust you to keep my secrets when I need you to. So it's settled then right?"

"Yeah man I would be honnored. Does your mom know?"

"Nope." I popped the 'p'.

"And I assume you won't tell her anytime soon right?"

"You assume correctly." There was a knock on the door.

"Davian. It's time son." My Father was standing at the enterence to my room. I felt...I wasn't quite sure what I felt all I knew is that I was going to do something that I had never done before and I needed to remember that this was something good. That I was growing up tonight, and that I needed to learn what to do on my terms not on hers. I got up with a sigh as Mikie placed his hand on my back. I was ready. Whatever happens in the next long while I know that I will have great friends to lead me through this time.

~Rough~ 

Autum stood next to me in front of all the other Alpha's of the state, and some from other countries stood behind them and their body guards.

"Do this many Alphas always come to a cerimony like this?" I leaned down and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Only to the prince becoming the king kind of cerimonies. See theres alpha's from England and one from Romaina, one from South Africa and one from the North and...yeah a lot. At least one represenitave from each country, and if they are luckey enough then the alpha's of other packs get to see this happen. From what I have heard, it's amasing and a total honnor to be here." She smiled and looked around. I saw Aaron next to Lady Lora.

~Aaron~

I stood next to Autums Aunt. She seemed like a nice old lady, Okay she wasn't that old, just old enough for me to think of her as my mom, or maybe young aunt. She was watching the other pack Alpha's.

"How many pack leaders are here Lora?" She widened her eye's as if she just relized that I was standing next to her and she looked down at me.

"Oh about 100 or so. They are all from around the world. And about 50 from our own state." That was a lot of wolfs in the same place at the same time. If there was anyone else watching this they would see this as a giant birthday party, but further into the night it was sapose to get a lot different than just celabrating a birthday. The croud hushed and everyone looked over to the back door of the house. At the house stood Davian and his father.

~Autum~

This was an amasing thing to see. From what Rough told me it is an honor to be able to wittness this myself. And as Davian walked forward towards the bondfire I looked back into my memories of the night that I was added to the pack but this was going to be different, I could feel it. Davian made his way and each wolf that he passed, Alpha or not, bowed their heads in respect of him. When he came to the center of the croud where Alpha Rose, Rough and I stood waiting he stoped and looked at both me and Rough with a slight smile. A hush came over the croud, even the crickets were afraid to cherp.

"Davian. Son. Today is the day that you take on not only another year of ageing but you take on the responsability that I have had to control for a long time. These responsabilities are a hard burden to bare. Are you willing to look past the single person and look to the benifits of the whole pack? Not favor one pack over the other, and respect all and make the best judgment that will help each pack, even if it means to dissagree with one Alpha and agree with another?"

"I Davian agree." His face was strate as his father came forward and held a bowl of red paint. His father placed his left hand into the paint and placed it on the right side of his chest.

"Do you also agree that you will take the weight of the desissions you make and remember that they are for others benifits not just yours?"

"I agree." Alpha rose stept forward and placed her right hand in the red paint and placed her hand on the left side of his chest. With both of his partents hands touching him they grabbed eachothers hands and bowed their heads. After a moment of nothingness I watched in amazement as Davian's body tensened and the all to famillar nose of bones breaking and being replaced cracked through the croud.

~Davian~ 

At first I didn't feel anything, but after a minute I felt voices sworm in my head. All of the voices that contained each pack with about 300 wolves themselfs. My body started to shift against my will. Bones broke skin tore and hair grew. Before I knew it my wolfself stood before my partents.

I looked at them with Aw at what just happened.

"Davian Wolfspane Furr As wolf and As man do you take the task of being not only an alpha to your own pack but King of everyother pack and rule with justice thinking of others before yourself?" I grunted in response and with a smile on my mothers face and a prideful look in my fathers.

"Than as Queen of the wolfs I now relunquish my powers and give them all to you my dear son. Turn and Face your people." I turned around in my wolf form and looked at all the human forms that stood before me. I felt their joy and there excitement as my own.

"Everyone Bow to your new King and Alpha." My mother announced to the croud that stood before me. Everyone even the humans went down on one knee and bowed their heads.
