Dom's POV

Hmm that feels good. It's so soothing. Someone's massaging my head and its making me relax. I opened my eyes a bit and looked at the person who is responsible for it. There was those beautiful  brown eyes that has captivated me. She has laid her head on the desk just like me while her hand was massaging my head. Due to us laying our faces on the small desk our faces were close to each other. We kept staring at each other for what felt like hours but was only 30 seconds.

Alex moved her hand towards my cheeks and caressed her thumbs under my eyes where I'm sure there are dark bags under it. I wasn't able to sleep last night. "You seem tired." Alex whispered while still caressing me. I closed my eyes hoping that if this was a dream I don't want to wake up.

I took her hand from my cheek and placed it back on my head. Silently asking for her to massage my head. I felt her move towards me and felt her breath on my ears as she whispered. "Sleep. We still have some time for the lecture to get over. I'll wake you when we have to go." I swear I felt goosebumps all over my arms and legs. After saying that she went back to doing what she was earlier and I went back to sleep.

It wasn't even that long when Alex started shaking me awake. Damnit I'm still tired. "Wake up dummy. Lecture's over. We have lunch now." She said she kept waking me. After few seconds I opened my eyes and stretched after standing up. I looked at her and saw her quickly look away with a touch of pink on her cheeks. I would have commented but I was too tired. "Hey I asked the two love birds to find place outside where there is less crowd so you could rest there if you want." Alex said as we started walking out of the classroom.

I looked at Alex and nodded as that seemed like a good idea. "Oh also we are partners for the project in the English assignment. We have to write a report on a book of our choice which is in the syllabus." Alex continued. I am thankful it's her with whom I'm partnered up with. I don't think I can handle with anyone else. Especially that jerk Jerry who unfortunately is in English with us.

"You won't believe. You were almost paired up with Jerry. When Prof. Mehra said your name with Jerry, Jerry looked like he shitted himself. I laughed so loud when he stuttered to change partner." Alex continued. I looked at her horrified when she said I was almost paired with Jerry. When she looked at me, she laughed. "I'm glad you find my misery amusing." I said with narrowed eyes at her. She smiled at me cheekily. I just shook my head.

We reached out on the grounds where our school has this small garden with tress. We sat down at one of the tree where there was shade. After few seconds Noah and Am also came outside holding hands. By this time I had already started nodded off. I had my head supported by the tree which was quiet uncomfortable. My head kept slipping off and it was kind of hurting now. I think Alex noticed this so she suggested, "Lay down Dom or you'll hurt yourself."

Now I'm laying down with my head on Alex's lap and that's how Amber and Noah found us. I could already feel how they are going to be teasing us but I'm already half asleep. So I guess Alex can deal with their idiocy for a while.

Alex's POV

"Lay down Dom or you'll hurt yourself." I said as I pulled him down to let him rest his head on my lap. I started massaging his head. I looked at Dom's face and he looked so peaceful. Even with bag under his eyes, he looks so surreal. I don't know for how long I was staring at him but I was pulled out of my crush gazing by the annoying sound of a camera going off. This girl I swear. I looked up and glared at Amber.

Amber and Noah were standing in front of me with teasing smiles. Uh now I have to bear with them. "Well, well, well. What's happening behind our backs?" Amber said as she sat in front of me leaning against Noah. "Chill out. Nothing's happening. Dom seems so tired today. He even fell asleep throughout the last class and was still feeling sleepy."  I said glancing at Dom once and then looking at the lovebirds.

Noah looked at Dom with a knowing look then looked at me. I know Noah knows why  he is so tired today. I raised my eyebrows but he shooked his head. Amber looked at me with a question to which I told her that we'll talk later. "So what's the next thing on our bucket-list?" Amber asked me. "The book is in my bag." I said as I couldn't move from my place.

Amber leaned forward to get the bag and took out our bucket-list book. She looked through the pages and found the list. After a few moments she said, "So the next thing to check off is Sand castle competition." Amber said. "Meaning we have to go to beach." Amber continued while Noah looked through the list.

"We could also cancel out riding jet skis and have a road trip." Noah said. Amber looked at him with question. "Well I have a beach house where we could go via road and I also own some jet skis. So???" Noah said. Amber looked at him with a huge smile and hugged him tightly. "You are the best."

So that's how we decided our weekend road trip to Noah's beach house to cancel out another three of our bucket list.
