Alex’s POV

I was in the deep slumber when suddenly I heard the loud sound of my alarm. I groaned and slammed the alarm shut. Reluctantly I stood up from the bed but groaned in pain. I slowly entered the bathroom and removed my clothes. When I looked in the mirror I noticed a big purple and blue bruise on my abdomen. Yesterday’s fight was one of the toughest fight I had ever had. The guy that I was fighting was triple in size and weight of me. Of course I won. The fights are organized at my gym every Mondays and Thursdays. They are legal and the bets that take place are in professional manner.

Anyways I got ready and took some painkillers and went downstairs. After eating some cereals because I was to lazy to make something, I took my bag and helmet and keys. Since Amber was not coming to school today I’ll have to ride my baby. BMW S1000 RR (first gen). She is the first thing that I had bought with my money.

I got on the bike and speed towards the school. I reached school in five minutes. Since I don’t like to bring my baby to school that much all the people in the parking lot were looking at it and me. The boys were complimenting and girls as usual bitching about it. I took of the helmet and went inside the school without any care of the world.

When I reached my locker I put the helmet and all the books in it and put my headphones on listening to the music. I leaned my head on the locker when I felt the pain on my abdomen. God damn it the pain killers didn’t kicked in. I took few deep breathes and the pain subsided. My eyes were still closed when I felt someone besides me. I took one last deep breathe and turned my head in left.

There he stood in his white plain shirt and ripped black jeans with his black jacket. Looking as handsome as ever

“Hey you alright there?” I heard him say with a hint of concern but his face was emotionless. We have been talking here and there since last time I had asked him to join us at bowling which is today. I looked at him and smirked “Yeah I’m.” No one knows I fight except for Amber and I had like to keep it like that. “So are you still coming at bowling right?” I asked as I rested my back against the lockers. He copied my position and nodded. “Yeah I am. Noah, my friend, is also coming.” He replied.

Noah Woodwards. The only friend of Dominic. Noah is from the rich family but he is not at all snobby. He is the class clown. I have him in some of the class. But of course him being the best friend of the badboy has got Noah some of the reputation. I haven’t seen him fight anyone and he is the most cheerful and goofy person I have seen. Also Amber has a crush on him.

“Noah. Noah Woodwards? “ I asked just to confirm. He looked at me in confusion but nodded. “ Yeah.” I smirked evilly imagining Amber’s face when she’ll see Noah, “Oh this bowling is gonna be fun.” Dom looked at me with weirded expression and I just shrugged before moving towards my first class. “ Bbye Dom. Prepare yourself to loose.” I said. He smirked at me and said. “Will see sweetheart. Don’t cry when I defeat you.” With that we parted our ways.

After long tedious hours of boring lectures it was finally lunch break. I was sitting on my table texting Amber when the chairs scraped against the floor. I looked up and saw Dominic and Noah.

Noah had a goofy grin on his face while Dom was emotionless as always. Looking at these two they are polar opposite but same at the same time. “So are you both just gonna look at me or would you say something?” I said in bored tone. Noah just grinned and said, “Hi I’m Noah.” I looked at him and smirked, “ I know.” He just chuckled and shook his head. “Where’s you friend, Amber?” Noah asked casually. I looked at Dom and he had this knowing look in his eyes.

I looked at Noah and narrowed my eyes. “Why should I tell you?” For more effect I crossed my arms. Noah looked flustered and scratched his head, “No reason.” I smirked when I realized both of them have crush on each other. “Well chill you’ll see her in the arcade. She is going to come with her jerk of a boyfriend.” I said going back to texting. “Boyfriend ?” Noah looked sad. I looked at Dom and he had a blank face as usual. “Yeah but not for long.” I muttered so only I’ll hear.

After arcade I and Amber are going to the club. I had found out that Jake was meeting someone at the club after we were done at the arcade. Well more like overheard. The fishy thing is why didn’t he invite Amber to club. So I made a plan to go with Amber at this club. And hopefully Amber could see what kind of a bitch he is. I’m gonna have fun watching him get beaten by Am. I know I should just go and tell Am what I have heard but I also know that she won’t listen to me unless I have some proof. So what better evidence then getting caught red handed right?

Soo the bell rang as we had engaged into light conversation with me playfully insulting Noah here and then and Dom just looking at me with the blank face. Seriously this guy has to stop staring. “We’ll see you later losers. We are going to directly to the arcade after school.” With that I took my leave.
