Tom Riddle and the Four Founders

September 1st 1975

I wake up to the Marauders talking, making me groan loudly.

"Merlin's beard, can you talk any louder," I say, throwing a pillow at them.

"Good morning to you to Stel what are your plans for today?" Sirius asks.

"I don't know," I say.

"Well maybe we should start off with breakfast," James says. That does sound like a good idea.

"We can't be seen together so I will talk to you later," I say after having changed into my robes. The Marauders nod in understanding, waving me goodbye. I enter the Great Hall and see Bellatrix, Regulus and Andromeda sitting at the Slytherin table. I make a B-line to them and sit down next to Regulus.

"Good morning," Regulus greets.

"Morning," I say, putting food on my plate.

"Any plans for today?" Andromeda asks.

"Well I have to unpack but other than that no," I say. Just then Rodolphus and Rabastan sit down next to them. I don't feel comfortable at all, especially with Rodolphus being so close to me, so I hurried eating my breakfast.

"I am done. I will see you in the common room," I say, getting up. I walk into the Slytherin common room to find it empty making me smile to myself and sit down on one of the leather couches where I start to read a book.

"Already finished with breakfast?" a voice asks. I turn around to see Tom stepping out from the shadow.

"Why didn't Bella introduce me to you?" I ask, I have wanted an answer to that question since I met him.

"Mainly cause I didn't want to meet you, I was never good with children but you are different you have powers that are screaming inside of you just wanting to be used," Tom says. I know what he is talking about. Everyday I can feel my magic grow wanting to be used but I don't use it mainly because I am scared of what could happen.

"Why don't you let your magic be free?" Tom asks.

"I don't know," I say. Tom shakes his head with a smirk on his face.

"You really need to learn to stop lying, especially to me," Tom says.

"I guess I am just scared that once I let my magic free I won't be able to control it," I say.

"There you go, no reason to lie, you should know the more you try and suppress them the more your magic will try and burst out of you and that can cause real damage," Tom says.

"Really?" I ask, terrified of what I could do.

"Yes, that's why it's important to learn how to control it and use it. I can help you if you want," Tom says.

"You would help me," I say.

"Yes, I know exactly what you are going through because I went through the same thing, and it wasn't easy. Let me help you, let me train you," Tom says.

"Alright," I say, smiling. Just then the door to the common room opens. Bellatrix, Regulus, Andromeda, Rodolphus and Rabastan walk inside. I didn't want to be near Rodolphus so I quickly make my way to my dorm hoping they wouldn't see me.

"Estrella Aurora Black come back down now," Bellatrix says, making me curse myself as I walk back downstairs.

"What did I do wrong now," I say.

"Mind your attitude," Bellatrix snaps, I look at the ground playing with my feet.

"Don't you think it's rude to leave when someone else enters," Rodolphus says walking closer to me, I felt a shiver go down my spine at his words.
