Estrella pov
I apparate to the ski lodge in Switzerland where the wedding is taking place. Unlike James and Lily's wedding I had no hand in preparing it. It's just too dangerous, I can't risk leaving the house so often. I head inside and ask a couple of hired staff where Andromed is. They point me to the room where she is getting ready. I see her through the mirror that she is standing in front, although she isn't looking at her reflection but at the engagement ring on her finger.
"You look beautiful," I whisper. At the sound of my voice she looks up and smiles at me through the reflection. As she spins around to face me I walk towards her and we embrace each other immediately.
"I'm so happy you're here," she says smiling brightly.
"I can't stay," I tell her and even I can hear the regret in my own voice.
"It's to dangerous if mother or father find out-"
"It's alright I understand," Andromeda cuts me off.
"Besides I'm free now and that's all that matters," Andromeda says, looking more happy than I have ever seen her.
"That's actually why I came," I say slowly, almost with regret seeing how happy she is.
"I was worried you might say that," Andromeda admits, turning away.
"Andromeda I'm begging you just come home. Everything will be forgiven. Everything will be the way it was," I beg tears filling my eyes.
"Do you actually believe that?" She asks.
"It's just I can't lose you too," I say.
"Sirius is already gone and Bellatrix has gone mad. The things she talks about, they scare me, it's going to get bad, worse than it already is. The family can protect you," I explain.
"Protection isn't the eye of a hurricane," Andromeda says.
"You're giving up so much by leaving," I say.
"And how much are sacrificing by staying," she counters. I stay silent not knowing what I could possibly say that would make her change her mind.
"If you leave, I'll never forgive you," I warn. If being sentimental doesn't work, maybe threatening will.
"I know," she whispers.
"And I'm sorry truly, I am, but just like it's your choice to stay it's mine to leave. You need to accept that even if you won't forgive me for it," Andromeda says.
"But I won't Andromeda, I won't accept my sister getting herself disowned," I stress.
"I love him Estrella," Andromeda tells me softly.
"And what about me are you seriously saying that you love him -a mudblood- more than me your cousin or more accurately your sister," I scream at her.
"Estrella I don't love you any less just because I'm choosing a different life," Andromeda says, pulling me back onto the couch where we were sitting.
"But that's how it feels," I admit.
"I understand it might feel that way but I promise you, I will never ever stop loving you," Andromeda says, I nod because I truly believe her.
"Andi it's time," I hear the sing-song voice of Sirius say. He enters the room but immediately freezes when he sees me.
"Stel," he whispers and quickly snaps out of his shock and makes his way over to us and hugs me tightly.
"Sirius," I whisper back, smiling slightly. It's good to see him again.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming," Sirius asks.
