I opened the dm shaking as I had no clue what would happen.
I think we should.
That simple text made me almost cry. I guess it's happening. I stood up as I looked in the mirror, I started to get ready. It took almost 2 hours for me to feel alright. Matt said we could meet at 8 tonight. I looked at the time to see it was 7:30. I sighed as I started towards the car hoping paparazzi wouldn't catch me. I turn the radio on just to hear my song. I sighed and turned off the radio as I continued to drive. I pulled up and saw Matt standing against his car. He was wearing a flannel with a long white sleeve and a white hat. He looked good. I got out the car to see Matts head lift up. He smiled as he looked at me. I hug him as he wraps his arms around my waist burying his head in my hair. I lift my head as I look up at him, he smiles "want to go inside" "yea" I say as he opens the door letting me inside. We sit down as I look at him "I'm sorry" I say as he looks at me "No, I'm sorry. What happened was my fault. I wasn't putting you first like I promised I would. You didn't deserve it. I know I can't take it back, but I hope one day we can be on good terms again." I look at him as a tear slips. He reaches over and wipes the tear away "I'm getting tired of the being the reason for them" he says as I grab his hand bringing it to my chest. "I'm sorry Matt, it's not all you, I wasn't good either. I'm sorry I made you feel bad or put you in that spot." It broke my heart that he thought that. "I love you Y/n" "I love you Matt" I say as he smiled at me. The rest of the night we talked and ate. I was super full and happy. We were laughing as we walked out of the restaurant. Matt grabbed my hand making me look at him. He pulls me to him placing a kiss on my forehead. I look up at him "we good?" I look at him as I placed a kiss on his check "yea" I say as I we hug again. We went our separate ways. I got into my car smiling. I started driving home. When I pulled into the driveway, I got a text from Sydney.
