"How long have you known Zander Gallo?" My boss ask flipping through the documents on the table.

"We had a one night stand from which I got pregnant. I saw him some days after landing here." I reply playing with my fingers.

"Did you know he was under investigation for murder?"

"Allegedly but that had nothing to do with me."

"Why is that? Your job is to protect and serve. Is it not so?"

"I was here to capture Crypto which I have given you so why are you questioning me about my child's dead father?"

"They were friends."

"Crypto otherwise called Dada used Zander to get info on his victims."

"So your saying Zander found out and that's why DaDa tried to kill him?"

I open my mouth to respond when the lights go out and I hear a loud thud. Someone grab my hand and is pulling me through the safe house.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"I work for Crypto." The male voice says pushing me into a car. As soon as I sit in the car we are on the move.

"Crypto is dead. What are you saying? Are you working for my father?"

He dials someone on the phone then place it on speaker.

"Good evening Saffire."

"Zander what the fuck?" I ask looking at the guy Infront of me.

"The crime scene was gone. That means someone else is out there which means they saw you."

"What the hell is going on? I thought ending my father would end this." I shout.

"Me too baby but we were wrong ."

The car pull up to the house and I see Zander standing with the boys. I rush out and grab Zion. "Oh my gosh I missed you."

Zander clears his throat and I give Kyrie a side hug.

Talia and Stappa walk out of the house with Mrs Celia beside them.

"So it's the whole crew." I ask laughing.

"Zander called said Talia needed me so here I am. Said he wants to tell us something all together." Mrs Celia says looking at me.

"Okay, let's go in." Zander says leading the way.

We all take a seat and look at each other. Zander has the floor to himself and he starts talking.

"Everything I did up to this point was to protect each and everyone of you in this room. Zues died helping me to accomplish certain things."

"Son, I hate how things happened before I left but I got time to reflect and I want to apologise to you. I love you and I don't care what you did."

We all agree with Mrs Celia and Zander smile while motioning me to join him.

"Now I know me and Saffire have not been together for a while but this woman is loyal to me and I am to her. With that being said I have made her my power of attorney."

I look at him puzzled but he kiss me and I kiss back waiting to question him about this huge decision later tonight.

Two months later

"I'm happy the case is over and done." Mrs Celia says handing me a cup.

"Yes me too. They had no evidence that I was apart of anything nor was Zander so the case is finish." We both laugh.

"Babes, me and Stappa a go on the road and come back." Zander says squeezing my ass while pecking my cheek.

"I love you." I yell after him.

"Love you too." He yells back just before I hear the front door close.

I walk to the fridge and Mrs Celia look at me and smile. "You both have really fought to be together. When are you going to tell him your pregnant."

"I plan to tell him tonight. Hopefully he is happy with three kids."

"Zander will be, I was so shocked when he brought home Kyrie from the adoption place. In that...."

"Wait Kyrie is adopted?" I ask.

This makes perfect sense as to why months ago he told me not to ask about it and Kyrie was upset when I asked about his mom.

"You didn't know? Zander is gonna be upset."

"I love him even more Mrs Celia. You raised a good man."

We both laugh and I grab my water before walking upstairs.

The bedroom door open and Zander walks in and sit on the bed. He looks really tired. I crawl to h at the edge of the bed and remove his shoe.

"Thanks babe but me a go a me bed."

"Just like that? I wanted to tell you something."

He does not respond so I pull the covers over us both and close my eyes thanking god I made the right decision all those years ago.

I open my eyes and stop the alarm on my phone. I look at the screen and its almost 11am. Zander is still fast asleep beside me, I lean over and kiss his cheek.

He seems a bit cold so I turn down the AC and head into the bathroom to freshen up.

Zander is still asleep when I walk into the room but someone is knocking on the door and I know it's Zion. I open the door and I stop him in his tracks.

"Daddy is still sleeping and we are not going to wake him. Lets go."

The front door open while I walk towards the kitchen and it's that Dr Hill that Zander claims is just his doctor but I know she wants him.

"Is Zander here?"

"Morning to you too." I reply still walking towards the kitchen.

I can hear her footsteps behind me as I continue walking. " He is not answering his phone and I need to speak to him now."

"What you need to do is give him some space. He is sleeping."

"At this time of the morning?" She ask trying to walk towards the stairs.

I step Infront of her just as his mother walks downstairs. "What's going on?" Mrs Celia ask looking confused.

"She wants to see Zander and I told her he is asleep."

"Zander doesn't sleep in so late. Let's go see."

Mrs Celia head upstairs with me behind her and open the room door.

"See I told you he is asleep."

Dr Hill push past me and walk over to him. She put her hand to his nose then check his pulse. "Call Stappa we have to get Zander to a hospital now."
