Izuku opened his eyes when he suddenly felt the heat and instinctively summoned his wings while grabbing Mina and Ojirou to prevent either of them from falling. They landed on one of the buildings that wasn't on fire, and damn was it hot to those with no tolerance to heat.
"Whoooo-it is a furnace in here! I am about to melt!" Mina said while airing her shirt to get some air. It wasn't making it any better. "Where are we?"
Ojirou looked around and noticed they were in a large tent, the flames licking it but not burning the fabric. "We must be in the Conflagration Zone. We need to get out of here quickly or we will suffer dehydration." Ojirou replied, then looked down at the building's edge, and narrowed his eyes. "We have company."
Izuku flew to the edge his tailed friend was looking at and his wings changed from green to red. There at the base of the building, several mediocre villains were either looking up or entering the building to get to the trio. He didn't like the odds, but if worse comes to worst he can grab the two and fly to the other buildings, which I think would be best as from what he could see so far none of them were long-range Quirk users.
He landed right next to them and began to eat another calorie bar. "We will be in the air to avoid the villains. From what I can see, they have tanks and fire Quirk users, but none of them strike me as a long ranger. We still need to be on guard."
"Ojirou-kun, once we are in the air if there is anything that is flown right at us, and if you can, use your tail to deflect it. If you are unsure or know it will not work then tell me to dodge." Izuku began laying the plan and Ojirou nodded in agreement. He then looked at the pink-skinned girl. "Mina-chan, I don't know much about your Quirk besides it melts, is there anything else it can do?"
Mina panted and the two males could tell she needs to leave as soon as possible, but she is keeping her composure. "My acid is just as it is, it melts with a certain degree and concentration. However, I recently discovered I can change the chemical compound and create picric acid. It can explode in heat over 500 degrees and some kind of shock or friction."
Izuku nodded and calculated the risk and use. "Perfect, but that will be the last resort. If things go dire then we'll use the Last Resort. I will create a shield to reduce the injury between us but it will not be 100%."
Both nodded and agreed to the risk, and not long after they took flight again when the villains broke open the roof door and tried to assault them. Izuku summoned his Fire Bears while Mina threw acid at the Tanks, trying to weaken or get them out of commission. Ojirou kept eyes around them and a few times he had to knock some debris, and once told Izuku to dodge when one of them threw a truck.
"MOTHERFUCKER!!" Izuku cursed as he did a barrel roll, barely dodging the now-falling vehicle. "THEY ARE PISSING ME OFF!!"
"You're not the only one they are pissing off," Mina growled, seeing double from hyperthermia and dehydration. She then lifted her free hand and the acid in her hands changed viscosity. "Let's get this over with!"
Izuku scrunched up his face in concern but decided that it may have been best. "Ok, Ojirou, wrap around my chest while using your tail to steady Mina and let her use both her hands. The moment she releases the acid bombs I will release my firebombs too. Once I say now, pull her in as close as you can so I can surround all of us in a shield and get us to the nearest exit."
Ojirou nodded and did as he was told, gently wrapping Mina around the waist and bringing her low. Mina then summoned the picric acid in her hands and feet and flung them everywhere as they continued to fly to the exit. Once that was done, Izuku created the next part. "Dance my fireflies, spread the flames of Agnes, and show what true rage is."
