Everyone had settled in and the Bakugou's sat at the plaintiff's side waiting for the trial to begin. They noticed All Might hadn't arrived yet, but figured he may be slightly delayed. The verdanette looked around the room, the 1-A right behind him alongside Dokusei, Victoria, and Mineta, while the guardians were beside them close to the center and the Pro Heroes in the back standing as if they were ready to face what needed to be faced.
The door opposite of them then opened, revealing the defendant, who they noticed began to look frail. He had to use a cane to help support him, his hair was losing some hold, and despite the yellow suit tailored for him, it looked like it was a size or two too big.
"Either that injury is taking a toll on him, or he's playing the frail guy." Katsuki whispered, unsure what to think.
"I think it is taking a toll, don't forget his organs have been destroyed. The stomach and intestines are vital for nutrients, and you know how I acted with PPN. Chances are he is stuck with TPN." Izuku responded back, holding back a shudder. He was looking almost gaunt, lost quite a bit of muscle, and it was sending memories of their very first encounter. He then looked at the man next to him and had to suppress a groan. "You've got to be fucking kidding me."
Next to Yagi was neither one of them wanted to see again anytime soon, despite him slightly redeeming himself over a year ago. That pedophilia bastard hired King Pin.
"Fucking two-faced bastard..." The blonde growled, flexing his arms a bit since he was still on suppressants from the hospital. He then noticed something unusual. "He doesn't seem too smug, what the hell?"
Izuku looked again and indeed noticed that King Pin, even though he looked stoic, had a slight look of irritation. Was it because he is facing him and the Bakugous again or does he know this most likely be a lost case? The verdanette glanced at Yagi and growled when he briefly glared at him, trying to intimidate the teen. He wasn't going to take him down, Izuku has been through hell and back. He just responded with a glare of his own, turning his flames crimson for a second before reining it back in.
Uraraka glanced at the man and suppressed a slight shudder. She hated and feared Yagi for ruining her life, and despised her father for selling her to this monster, even more so than losing her position in the hero course. How was she gonna reveal him when he threatened her family if they were even still her family?
The brunette squeaked when something jumped on her lap, and was shocked to see Izuku's and Katsuki's bunny staring at her for a second before kneading her lap and beginning to purr. She looked up at the Bakugou and noticed that they were also surprised by the unusual action.
"Usually Honey doesn't do that," Izuku hummed, using a command to get his support animal to come back. The cinnamon bunny didn't budge. "Are you OK, Uraraka? She only does this when someone is afraid of something."
Uraraka's eye twitched before glancing at Yagi and then Izuku. "I-I'm fine, it is the first time I have been in a courtroom. I am just concerned if I will be enough. I only was around the first day."
"Any little information helps, you'll be fine." Izuku noticed the glance and a brief show of fear appeared on her face. He doesn't know why but something tells him that Yagi is involved. He then turned as everyone stood up to welcome the judge. "You hang onto her until the first break, ok?" Seeing the brunette nod, he turned to slowly stand up as well.
"Good morning, I am Judge Periwinkle Frost and we are here today for charges against Yagi Toshinori by the Bakugou's. The Lawyers present are Pro Hero Libra and King Pin. This will take several days so bear with it. You may be seated."
"Libra, you may step forward and what are the charges?"
"Yes, Your Honor. I am here representing the Bakugou's, more specifically Izuku Midoriya-Bakugou against Yagi Toshinori, formerly known as All Might." Libra brought the list to Periwinkle. "We have charges of Excessive Force resulting in Pain and Suffering which includes Physical Pain, Mental Suffering, Loss of Enjoyment of Life, Physical Impairment, Loss of Quality of Life, and Anger. The second charge is for Katsuki Bakugou, with charges of Pain and Suffering due to Mental Shock, Anger, and Mental Suffering."
