Aurora and Victoria had to pry Katsuki off of Izuku while the rest of the Pro Heroes and medical team arrived to take the injured to ICU immediately. They had put Izuku, Aizawa, All Might, and Gang Orca in Cervical Collars to prevent them from moving their necks and placed them on a straight board carefully using the log roll method on everyone before securing them with spider straps for medevac.

Gang Orca still complained that he was fine, but he had received an angry scowl from Recovery Girl and his son was telling him to go and get checked out. He sighed, knowing full well he was going to tell his twin sister and she would give her father a thorough verbal lashing. They eventually secured him using a standing take-down method where he stood still while they strapped him to the longboard and leaned him back onto the stretcher to follow the other three.

They had given Denki some powerful migraine medication, on top of the Klonopin to slow his electroreception as it was the source of his issue. The poor boy was out in like 15 minutes, so he would be medevacked along with Mina, Ojirou, and Eevee due to 2nd-degree burns and hyperthermia while the eevette had to be sedated just in case of Unstable Quirk Awakening. They had a total of eight patients in urgent and critical conditions so it would be more efficient to use the medical jet they already had right next to USJ in case any training required medical transport. Thank God Nezu was paranoid and scared of Recovery Girl to make sure they are inspected yearly and the medical equipment monthly.

During this time, Victoria was holding onto Katsuki as he struggled to get to his brother's side, having a clear panic attack when he saw the rage on All Might's face before sending Izuku flying into that damn rock. It was obvious that seeing him unmoving and his legs at odd angles triggered him hard.

"L-let me go, Silks!" He screamed, releasing blasts from his palms as he looked in fear and rage. The rest of the students and pro hero's looked at him with a concerned and/or understanding look. "H-he's not leaving without me!"

"Cálmate, Katsuki, cálmate. He is being medevacked with 7 other people in the front and they won't have room for you. They will have us in the back in our own seats in the same jet. Besides, he is in good hands and you will just be in the way, there isn't much you can do." Victoria said and had to tighten her hold as he resisted further.

"Bullshit! H-he is riding with the cocksucker alongside him." Katsuki kicked her stomach causing the spiderette to grunt in pain. "I cant-he-" He let out a cry of frustration, tears falling as guilt filled him as his mind replayed multiple images of different events, berating himself for breaking his promise and he felt useless and pathetic. "I can't let him die again...I already failed him twice, I can't take it anymore."

Victoria sighs a moment as she realizes he is putting an unnecessary burden on himself and she pulls Katsuki closer to her, running a hand through his hair to try to calm him, holding him like he was a child. He shuddered at the sensation and the indignity before the mild roughness of the spiderette's hands sent slight goosebumps down his spine, somehow soothing him. "He'll be okay, just believe in him. He's stronger than you think, especially considering what he has been through. Don't blame yourself for the past, I know you may feel like you betrayed him but you are with him now and both of you have friends who can support you. Todo estará bien. "

Katsuki's eyes widened at what she had said and realized Izuku must have told her of his past and trusted her with his secret. She was right, he survived for so long and he had dealt with the odds alone and still lived, he has to have faith now that he has support from his classmates and friends. He wrapped himself around her waist and just let loose his screams of frustration. He was useless in helping his brother and was stupid to think All Might wouldn't try to kill him. All Might would pay, but first, he must make sure Izuku gets the medical help he needs and tell Nezu what he had heard his brother say about this Yagi.
