"Don't you dare threaten me again," his rough voice rang out.
His hand wraps around my neck.
"Let go of me," I say in a panic.
He immediately releases his hand from my neck.
"Never touch me again..." I say quietly and walk away.
Lando's warm hand reaches for me.
"Tell me what happened to your mother..." he says gently and stands in front of me.
"Nothing happened..." I say quietly and look at the floor.
Gentle fingers push my chin up and he lovingly brushes the hair behind my ear.
"You don't have to lie..." his soft voice rang out.
"I don't want to talk about it," I responded.
"Have you been hurt?" he asked worriedly.
I gave a containing nod.
"Is that why you got the scar?" he asked worriedly.
"Yes..." I replied quietly.
"I'm sorry I touched it..." his voice rang out again.
"It's okay, lando..." I responded softly.
Two pairs of eyes meet. Engrossed in his eyes, it starts to rain lightly. A warm summer rain falls down on us.
"We should go inside," his voice interrupted us.
-------
With quiet footsteps, I walk over to Lando's room in our apartment. My heart swallowed hard as I saw a naked woman lying in his arms. His tired eyes caught sight of my pale face.
"Are you serious?" I asked, hurt.
"What is it? Did you really think I was serious to you yesterday?" his arrogant voice rang out again.
"Wow, you're the epitome of an asshole," I say, hurt.
------
Completely soaked, I enter the apartment again in the evening.
"Hey, Amalia, I called you. What took you so long?" Maria asks me anxiously.
Lewis puts a big towel around me to keep me warm.
"I needed some time to myself," I reply.
Footsteps follow from the stairs. His eyes meet mine, looking worried and then arrogant again. Without saying or doing anything else, I walk upstairs and take a hot bath, which only worked out so-so. A fluffy black towel covers my most important areas and I stand in front of my wardrobe in my room. Gentle footsteps approach my person.
"Get out of here," I say annoyed at his arrogant figure.
He stops in front of me at a certain distance. My eyes sink deep into his eyes. His eyes scrutinize my still cold body. Lando's finger runs gently over my blue lips, but I don't resist. He takes off his sweater in front of me and hands it to me.
"Put it on..." his soft voice sounded.
"I don't want it..." I say, annoyed and refusing.
"Are you going to put it on on your own or should I force it on you?" he spoke arrogantly to me again.
"I DON'T WANT IT..." I repeat myself.
His hands grab my legs and he lifts me up. My coldness is also noticeable on his body. He gently sets me down on my desk. He also presses my legs together.
"Sit here..." he whispers.
"What are you up to?" I ask, still annoyed.
His broad figure walks over to my cupboard and then back to me. He places my underwear and pyjama bottoms in my cold fingers.
"Put these on... and my hoodie..." he says gently.
"You have nothing to say to me..." I said stubbornly, annoyed.
Hands gripped my arms.
"Do what I tell you, dear..." he says gently and arrogantly at the same time.
Unexpectedly, my towel comes off and I'm sitting naked on my desk. When I catch sight of Lando again, I see that he has politely turned away and is standing with his broad shoulders towards me.
"Just put it on..." he says gently and then he leaves my room without giving me another glance.
-------
Alarm clock rings
"I don't want to get up..." Maria's tired voice sounded to my right.
"Me neither..." I say tiredly.
I stretch towards the sky, still wearing his sweater, which is far too big.
"Girls, get up. Our plane leaves in an hour..." Lewis storms in without knocking.
In the background, Lando is walking out of his room, shirtless and with his hair tousled. His eyes catch mine. His grin grew bigger as he found his hoodie on my body.
--------
A few hours later, we landed in Brazil. Hot air met us as the four of us left the private jet. We took a limousine to our house, where we would be staying with the other Formula 1 drivers.
"Amalia," Charles' happy voice rang out.
I fell into Charles' arms, beaming. We were interrupted by his arrogant figure. His cold eyes looked into mine as he greeted Charles.
"Amalia..." my brother brought me back to reality.
I turn to Lewis in my thoughts.
"So there's only one room left. I'd let Lando sleep with me, but I'm already in a room with Charles," my brother confessed.
"You're not serious, are you?" I asked, pissed off.
"I'll sleep on the couch, I don't want to make the two ladies feel uncomfortable," his arrogant voice rang out.
His self-confident grin was written on his face again.
"Since when do you care, Norris?" I raised my voice, followed by my raised eyebrow.
"I have a first name, Madame..." I heard his arrogant tone in my ears.
"Who cares, fuckboy?" I ask confidently.
"Let's go upstairs..." Maria said to me, and I was caught in his eyes.
--------
Before I walked down the stairs in the evening, I met his figure. Unfriendly and bitchy, I throw his sweater in his face. Warm fingers grip my wrist.
"Haven't you forgotten something, dear?" he whispers to me.
"That would be?" I ask, annoyed.
I can feel his breathing on my neck now. Lando gently strokes a few strands of hair behind my ear.
"You forgot to say thank you," a warm, moist voice whispers in my ear.
