A few days later, everything was going great. That was until there had been a message delivered to them that the Governor wanted to see if they could negotiate.
Daryl decided to take his daughter with them.
After he found out what happened to her, he didn't wanted Rhea anywhere near Merle. Rick and Xander agreed on that, she had to be far away from her uncle, or next time they might not be able to stop her from killing him.
When Hershel, Rhea, Daryl and Rick arrived, she rushed to get her bow and quiver.
She slung the weapon around her back before stalking after Rick and Daryl, who were making sure they weren't being ambushed as they approached the set meeting place.
Daryl made sure to go first, as he had a sharp eye for spotting things that were unusual. He spotted a building that was as described, and they rushed towards it in a steady jog.
Rhea made sure to look through the sight of her bow and have it loaded in case she had to shoot.
Hershel was made to stay in the car as he was only on one leg. If they had to run it would be detrimental to go fast.
As they ran, Daryl spotted a walker that had been freshly killed. Rick warned them to stay alert and sent Daryl to the other opposite end of the house with Rhea while he entered the warehouse.
Daryl peeked through a broken window, seeing that the Governor had shown up "He's there." he murmured.
"We should let Hershel know." Rhea suggested.
"Right idea." Daryl replied, walking up to the gravel pathway.
Hershel saw them and pulled the car over, window rolled down "He's already in there. Sat down with Rick." he informed.
Hershel sized up the road with squinted eyes "I don't see any cars."
"He wouldn't have come alone." Rhea murmured.
Daryl agreed "It don't feel right. Keep it running." he jerked his chin at the car.
A car rumbling made them snap their heads at the source of the sound "Must be them." She guessed aiming her bow at whatever was coming.
The marksman pat the hood of the car, raising his crossbow "Heads up."
A cream truck pulled up with about four people in it. A hispanic looking man hopped out of the driver's seat, a man with glasses who looked a bit nerdy stepped out and so did Andrea.
The youngest Dixon couldn't help but be suspicious "What the hell? Why's that son of a bitch already in there?"
"He's here?" Andrea queried with confusion, raising her brows.
"Yep." Rhea nodded "Bright and early." She shot an accusing look.
Andrea sighed, going to open the door to the building starting to speak to the Governor.
