Athena stood outside on the porch with a blanket around her staring at the sky. Since she was a little girl, she loved looking at the stars. Whenever she looked at them it reminded her, that her mother was there and she was watching over her daughter, and that brough her peace.
So whenever she had an argument with her father about Merle, she would go on the rooftop of their house and just watch the stars.
Athena loved her father deeply, but when it comes to Merle, her father turn into something he's not and that bought anger into the young girl, because she knew her father.
Who he is when Merle was around was not the real him.
Athena looked to her left where Maggie was, but neither one of them spoke a word. Athena didn't wanted to, and the same went for Maggie.
Suddenly a car pulled up, Athena noticed Glenn and T-Dog coming out. They walked near the porch not even noticing Maggie or Athena yet.
"So do we ring the bell? I mean it looks like people live here." Glenn asked looking around the house unsure and nervous.
T-Dog walked to the doors shaking his head "We're past that kind of stuff, aren't we? Having to be considerate."
"Did you close the gate up the road when you drove in?" Maggie asked, scaring the boys and having them look over at the two girls.
"Uh, hi. Yes, we closed it. Did the latch and everything." Glenn said nervously, while Maggie leaned forward on her seat. He redden a bit and looked away from her and to the ground. "Hello, nice to see you again. We met before briefly." His eyes then moved to the younger Dixon and he walked towards her and gave her a soft hug "I'm glad you're okay. Daryl was really worried you know."
Athena laughed softly and pulled away from the hug "I'm fine Glenn, don't worry."
"Look, we came to help, there's anything we can do?" T-dog said cringing at his wound.
Maggie got up looking to the wound looking fearful, while Athena just looked at the man with furrow brows.
"It's not a bite, but I cut myself pretty bad though." T-Dog said.
"We'll have it looked at. I'll tell them you're here." Maggie said.
"We have some painkillers and antibiotics. I already gave him some. If Carl needs any." Glenn told them.
"Come on inside. I'll make you something to eat." Maggie said walking inside.
When they walked inside, they saw Hershel taking Carl's pressure while Lori and Rick were standing by his bedside. Athena looked around and noticed her best friend standing by the window, gazing at the night, with a blank expression. She knew he was thinking about Jisung being out there with Shane.
Hearing their footsteps, the Grimes's and Changbin turned towards them seeing the new arrivals.
When Glenn saw how bad Carl looked, he took his hat off "Hey."
