The next morning Bellatrix woke up early.
She was still tired from the events that happened yesterday and was still a bit angry at what her father did.
But after their talk she understood why he acted like that.
Daryl was acting and was thinking like any other father.
He was thinking of his daughter's safety.
Bellatrix took a deep breath and sit up on her bed, as she run her fingers through her dark hair. She looked up towards Leo's bunk, only to see it empty.
Bellatrix stood up from the bed and approached the chair with all her weapons on it.
She changed her clothes and placed all her weapons on her, before she headed outside.
Bellatrix was nearly blinded by the hot Georgia sun, that was shining brightly.
She looked around the courtyard and she instantly noticed Leo sitting alone on a bench, while looking down the field where the Grimes's and Blake were, feeding the pigs.
Bellatrix smiled a bit and walked towards him.
He had his back towards her so he never noticed the Dixon girl approaching him.
"Over protective much?" Bellatrix teased as she placed her hands on his broad shoulders while moving her head around, to look into his eyes.
Leo rolled his eyes at the girl and chuckled slightly "Can't really help it sometimes, Bella."
He turned around and wrapped his arm around her waist and with his strength he moved her into his lap, making the Dixon girl giggle at him.
Bellatrix shifted into his lap and gave him a look "You do know that Blake is not a baby anymore, right?" She softly asked him, making the buff boy to look down at her lap sadly, before he shifted his gaze towards his little brother again.
"Because of my protection and also yours, especially back at the farm, he is alive right now." Leo told her honestly, before he sighed sadly "Rick adopted Blake."
Bellatrix looked towards her best friend in confusion "What?"
"A few days ago, Rick and Blake came to talk with me. Rick wanted my blessing, so to speak, to adopt Blake and make him part of the Grimes's officially." Leo sadly explained to his best friend "I agreed. I mean from the beginning Blake was a part of the Grimes's. He saw Carl as a little brother and he saw Lori as a mom so... how could I say no."
