No matter what, life goes on in the Hilltop Colony. Not as normal, but life goes on.
Sasha and Eve trained the residents on how to fight. Maggie made plans for the Hilltop. Enid was right there with her for every single step. And somehow, somewhere along the way, Eve also appears with Maggie when she gets an ultrasound, as well.
Eve knew what Sasha was planning. It was something Eve wanted to do ever since Glenn's death and watching Athena break down when Negan took Daryl and Changbin away from her and Jisung.
Night settled over the community. The entirety of their little makeshift family was sitting in the fully lit camper that belongs to Jesus. Everyone all together in one small space. And to be fair, they liked it better this way.
Enid sat at the desk, she steals a glance at Maggie every so often. Sasha was on the couch beside Eve. Jesus sits on the bed, drawing something on a piece of paper.
Maggie was at the table, planning something el- no. When Eve looked towards her, she realizes Maggie was asleep.
"Finally." The girl whispered. Maggie has been working nonstop, she needed the rest. They all do. But Maggie was the one that needs it the most.
Eve watches with careful eyes as Jesus stands and walks over to where she and Sasha sit. He hands Sasha a folded piece of paper. And when she opens it, he reads the words; front of factory.

And then after Daryl and Changbin appear at Hilltop's gates, it was Rosita and Athena that strolls in one day after Changbin's arrival. Athena was happy to see her father and boyfriend, save and sound, and as much as she wanted to spend some time with them, her and Rosita had job to do with Sasha.
When Sasha walked into the trailer, Jesus notices her odd body language straight away. Eve and Enid were nearby, planting tomatoes. Jesus taps both their shoulders and motions to the trailer.
"Sasha," he whispers so Maggie doesn't hear.
They all enter the trailer together. Sasha holds a book in her hand. Eve knew what books that is. It's not really one at all. It's hollowed out, hiding bullets.
