It's day thirty-five of the rest of their lives.
All of the communities have come together to start construction on the bridge. Changbin has been assigned the job of making sure all is well at the camp. He's here to make sure no one does something stupid; like start a fight, or another war for that matter.
More of his family is here. But Changbin has been hovering near the infirmary tent, picking up on what Enid was being taught by Siddiq and Jisung.
Jisung had always been good when it came to medical things and he and Siddiq had been the doctors in Alexandria, but Changbin also wanted to learn about those things. He wanted to know the basics in case something happens to Athena and Corina.
Changbin was watching right now, Enid helping Cyndie, since apperantly she had cut it, very badly.
"You're lucky it's not infected." Siddiq spoke from beside Enid as she was sewing up her hand "Next time, come see us right away."
Cyndia nodded "I know. I just felt stupid. Peeling a potato's a pretty dumb way to end up in the infirmary." She told them with a small smile.
"Yeah, well, it's an even dumber way to get gangrene." Jisung smirked as he crossed his arms.
Just then Rick and Eugene approached them. "How's the star student doing?" Rick asked, mentioning Enid.
"Ready to take on anything." Siddiq informed him.
"Good. She's gonna get her chance." Rick looked in between Siddiq and Jisung "I'd like you two or one of you to head back home. There's a bug going around."
Siddiq and Jisung shared a look in between each other, as they spoke with their eyes "I'll go." Siddiq said "Ji is going to stay here with Enid. I'll head out with the next escort."
Enid looked up immediately "Wait, he's leaving?" She panics, turning sharply to face Rick.
At this, she tugs on the stitches "Ow!" Cyndie winced.
"Sorry," Enid apologized "Uh, it's fine. I-I've got this, and Ji is going to be with me." She told them.
"Yeah, I know." Rick chuckled before he turned towards the buff man "Binni, you staying around camp or you gone ahead and head out to the bridge?"
"Probably the bridge. If we have any problems, that's where they'll be." He replied. Rick nodded and smiled at them before he and Eugene started to walk away.
