Alrighty Edgelings!
I've read your suggestions and decided to call this the Foster AU!
I had soooooooooo much fun writing this chapter!!! The last part is hilarious to me... And I hope it will be for you too! Airy needs to go on vacation by himself for real. Man needs a break from single dadding six kids lol.

"DAAAAAADAAAAA!!!" Charlie yelled as Airy opened the door to his bedroom, flicking on the light.
"I'm... right here baby..." Airy reassured him, forcing a smile onto his face. He didn't want his tension with Bryce to affect Charlie, especially not first thing in the morning. He walked over and gently lifted the little green tomato out of the crib.
Thankfully, Charlie didn't seem to be too cranky about being left in bed longer than normal. He grinned and burbled, "Dada!"
Airy's smile relaxed into a genuine one as his heart warmed. He kissed the baby's forehead, "Good morning... to you to, Charlie... Let's go... find the others..."
Airy walked over to the suitcase with most of Charlie's stuff, and dug through it until he finally found the black baby carrier stuffed below all the clothing. He shifted Charlie to one hip, and strapped on one side of the carrier, then shifted Charlie to the opposite hip to clip the strap around his other side.
Once he had the carrier on and Charlie situated into it, he headed over to kitchen, and grabbed the prefixed bottle out of the fridge. He always fixed the bottle the night before so Charlie wouldn't have to wait.
He handed Charlie the bottle and headed back toward the bedroom hall, a sense of dread in his gut. He didn't like Charlie seeing a confrontation between him and Bryce, but he supposed there wasn't much of a way to avoid it right now.
He peeked his head into Bryce's bedroom. The soda bottle was still sitting on the floor, "Hey Bryce... we are going out to... join the others... and bring them food..."
Bryce continued staring at the floor, refusing to acknowledge Airy's existence.
"Bwyce!" Charlie giggled as he greeted his big brother.
Bryce didn't even respond.
"I understand... that you don't... want to talk to me... but at least... speak to Charlie..." Airy said.
Bryce huffed in aggravation, but he did look up. His eyes softened slightly when he saw Charlie smiling down at him. "Morning Charlie," he mumbled, but at least it was better than ignoring the baby.
"Come on Bryce... we're going to have a breakfast picnic... then we are going to stop at the gift shop... before we go on a hike..." Airy informed him.
"Yeah, I'm not coming." Bryce dismissed, glaring at his dad.
"It wasn't a question," Airy stated in an emotionless tone, though his true feelings were clear.
Bryce glared at him silently for a solid minute, "You're not going to leave me alone, are you?"
"No."
Bryce groaned, bashing the back of his head into the wooden bed frame in aggravation. He grumbled as he stood up, avoiding eye contact with Airy as he begrudgingly accepted his fate and followed him out of the bedroom.
Airy adjusted Charlie's carrier as he proceeded to grab the large bag already packed with all the food out of the fridge. "Bryce... could you please... carry the blankets?"
