" So, when I was a kid, my dad signed a deal with his business partner. The deal was that when I grew up, I would marry his daughter Nidhi Rajput, Vidhi's half-sister. Similarly, Vidhi and Vivaan were tied up in this bond. Now I don't want to get married to her, I never wanted to. "I think this could be a problem in our relationship. My question is, will you be able to fight with me and stay strong? " Yug finished and looked at her reluctantly.
Aditi processed for a while and closed her eyes. A peaceful smile appeared on her face. She interlocked her one hand with his and kept the other on his cheek. "I will stand by your side in every situation. "
Hugging her tightly, he was enticed by her tender and soft fragrance and touch as he heard her words. He was feeling the happiest person on planet to have her.
A man was standing at a distance, watching the couple embracing each other. Behind him, another man was observing his face, which remained expressionless. The second man spoke, eagerly waiting for a response, "Sir, what do you plan to do now? She clearly loves him so much."
"Kunal, let it be. We must wait for the right moment," Abhay said, continuing to watch them.
Kunal questioned, 'what if Yug's influence causes her to start hating you?'
To which, Abhay replied with a smile, 'I will let her hate me and give her more reasons to do so. I would actually enjoy doing this.' Abhay then opened the gates of his car and sat inside.
(10: 00 pm)
Aditi was making strange gestures to express her happiness while Vidhi watched her, placing a palm on her forehead.
"I can tell you're happy, Aditi. Just try not to behave like a mad person," she said, although she knew it wouldn't affect Aditi.
"Vidhi, she hugged me like this," she said, demonstrating the hug to Vidhi.
Siya observed Aditi, thinking deeply. "My child is so happy. How can I ask her to leave Yug? Yet, she isn't safe with him. The day he discovers I am her mother is unthinkable... No, I must protect my Aditi. I will do whatever it takes," Siya resolved, her thoughts entwined with the complexity of the situation.
Vidhi observed Siya outside the room, lost in thought. She realized why Siya was so tense. "Aunty, I will always keep her safe don't worry. I will kill Yug if he even tries to think of harming my best friend. this time I am even ready to sacrifice my life for her. Not this time, Mr. Pratap."
She gazed at Aditi, who was curled up and her head was on her lap, sleeping peacefully like a child. She slowly moved her body and placed a pillow resting her head to it.
2 days later.
Aditi was at her desk working when she received an email. Upon checking, she discovered it was a job offer addressed to her.
"Hmm, interesting. I should discuss this with Yug first," Aditi said, then closed her email.
A girl seated next to her stood up, poised to leave, then turned back and offered, "Aditi, would you like a cup of coffee? I'm about to get one for myself." Aditi nodded, continuing to work on her laptop.
After a short while, she returned and handed her the cup along with a chit. As she unfolded it and read the contents, Aditi's eyes widened in surprise at the words before her. Beside her, the girl was covering her face, trying to conceal her smile.
What was Vidhi talking about? Who is Mr. Pratap? What was written on the chit?
