Abhay handed a cheque to a girl. She was none other than Kriti.

"Your money for closing the door from outside." Abhay said and wore his sunglasses and left.

"See Aditi you insulted me the first day you came. Now I will ruin your life because now I know your little secret. Such a gold digger you are! Anyways leave it." Kriti said and walked away.

*YUG'S CABIN*

Aditi came to Yug's cabin behind him just to see him breaking the flower pot kept on his desk.

Aditi knew she had no choice now. She came and hugged him back tightly to calm him down.

"I am sorry, Yug. Please, just hear me out once. I genuinely don't have feelings for him. I was trapped with him because it was locked from the outside. I started feeling dizzy, but he assisted me. I can't recall what happened between the moment he gave me water and the moment You entered. I lost consciousness," she explained in a rush, her eyes glistening slightly at the thought of his reaction.

Yug turned and embraced her in return. "Aditi, I believe you. It's that individual I don't trust. I've told you about his behavior, haven't I? He was staring at you throughout the meeting. And when I went to look for you, the door was locked from the outside. I'm certain he's behind all this. You're not to blame."

Yug said looking at her face and Aditi was trying to analyze him.

"Don't look at me like that, I might lose control Aditi," Yug said, smiling at her.

Aditi chuckled at his statement.

*VIDHI'S OFFICE*

Vidhi was engrossed in studying a case when her phone rang.

"Hello," Vidhi said, not taking her eyes off the file.

*On the Call*

Vivaan: Hi Babygirl.

Vidhi: What do you want, Vivaan? I'm busy.

Vivaan: Busy with your dull case. I'm free right now, and I want to take you on a date. Just you and me," he said in a playful tone.

Vidhi: I am not coming

Vivaan: Ok let me call your boss.

Vidhi: Ugh... alright, I'm on my way.

*End of the call*

Vidhi wanted to kill Vivaan and her boss.

She approached her boss and stated, "Can't you ever say no to your friend, Mr. Karan Singhania?"

Karan gave her a sheepish grin and replied, "Go on, Vidhi. I think you should spend time with your future husband. Work can wait."

"I wish I could have a normal boss," Vidhi muttered as she stormed out of his cabin.

CAFE

Vidhi sipped her coffee, catching Vivaan's admiring gaze.

Her hair was gathered into a messy bun, with a stray lock curling onto her face. Her simplicity only added to her charm and beauty.

Vivaan was captivated by her gaze. Vidhi observed every move he made yet chose to disregard him.

Suddenly, someone tapped on her shoulder. Vidhi spun around, her face brightening instantly. She stood up and embraced the man.

"Kunal, it's been ages! Where have you been?" Vidhi exclaimed, amazed, while Kunal smiled and responded, "I've been around, just in Udaipur. I went with Abhay sir to New York and returned a few months ago."

"Then why haven't you been there forever? No one called you, right?" Vivaan said, getting irritated. He had just arrived and disrupted their date.

Kunal looked at Vidhi awkwardly and said, "I'm sorry. I didn't see him. It seems you both were busy. I'll leave you two to continue."

Vidhi stared at Vivaan and turned back, "No, it wasn't that important. Come, join us. He was just joking."

Vivaan was on the verge of ejecting Kunal from the cafe. Vidhi and Kunal were engaged in conversation, with Vidhi laughing at nearly everything he said as they reminisced about their school days.

Vivaan's anger, already simmering, intensified with the memories of school, pushing him to the brink.

What happened in their school days? How will Yug protect Aditi from Abhay?
