Vidhi was sleeping suddenly she felt a weird sensation in her chest. She got up and looked down to see something was shining inside her shirt.
She took it out to see her necklace was glowing white. She got down and went up to the mirror to be taken a step back. Her eyes were glowing blue and white mix.
"How is this possible? It was only possible when I touched Aditi. Is she okay?" Vidhi murmured to herself.
*Pratap Mansion*
Vivaan was jogging on the treadmill when he suddenly felt a twinge near his heart. He halted the machine and glanced at his chest, noticing his necklace emitting a green glow. Stepping off, he faced the mirror to see his eyes reflecting the same green luminescence.
He took two steps back, placing a hand over his chest, bewildered about his next move.
"After so many years... it's happening again."
*Temple*
Aditi lay there as Abhay gazed at her glowing blue necklace.
He turned to Pandit Ji and asked, "What if she remembers everything?" Pandit Ji nodded and replied, "She will. And you must confront her."
Abhay looked at her face, feeling helpless, and inquired, "Is there a way to seal that memory once more?"
Pandit Ji gazed at the sky, then back at Abhay, and after a pause, he said, "There is a way. But it requires you to sacrifice half of your powers to prevent it."
Abhay gazed at Aditi once more and sighed deeply. He knelt down and placed his hand upon her forehead.
Her hands glowed blue, and water began to flow onto the ground from her palms.
Abhay eventually opened his eyes and carefully removed his hand.
Pandit Ji declared, "Abhay, today is Mahashivratri. Lord Shiva has graced you with your powers and a holy union. A bond meant to endure through your seven lifetimes. She is a gift granted to you by the Lord. Protect her diligently and never leave her side."
Abhay nodded in agreement, affirming, "I shall not leave her side until my final breath," as he reverently touched Pandit Ji's feet.
Abhay cradled her in his arms and proceeded downstairs. Pandit Ji, with a smile, said, "Abhay, I know you would never leave her side. Your bond is one that Mahadev himself has forged." He then folded his hands in reverence before the statue of Lord Shiva.
NOW THE WAR BEGIN
The sun shone brightly, casting golden hues over the wet earth, making every droplet on the leaves shimmer like tiny diamonds. Birds chirped in celebration of the clear skies, but within that silence, under the leafy canopy, stood a figure—calm, still, and watchful.
Abhay.
The morning rays filtered through the trees, yet none dared disturb Aditi's slumber, for Abhay's tall frame stood between her and the light. His eyes were fixed on her, soft with concern, arms folded as he silently kept watch. Her hair was tousled, face serene, lips slightly parted as she breathed in peace—something she hadn't known in days.
Just then, his phone buzzed, slicing through the calm. He stepped a few paces away, lowering his voice as he answered. His eyes flickered, jaw tightening at whatever he heard.
Behind him, Aditi stirred.
Her lashes fluttered open, vision blurry from exhaustion. She blinked, trying to sit up—but the dull ache in her limbs made her falter. The weight of her soaked and embroidered lehenga dragged her down like an anchor.
Abhay turned, ending the call as he caught her movement. His expression was unreadable—stoic, composed, but with something urgent burning behind his eyes.
And Aditi saw it. Despite her fragile state, she immediately forced herself up, her instincts taking over.
"Abhay... what happened?" she asked, breathless.
He didn't reply immediately. Instead, he stepped forward, placing a steadying hand behind her back to support her. His silence said enough.
*At Hospital*
Aditi burst into the room, her eyes fixed on the doctor. With a heavy sigh, the doctor said, "I am sorry, Aditi." As she stepped back, her gaze fell upon a body lying on a stretcher.
A gust of wind from the window fluttered the cloth over the body's face, revealing it momentarily. Overcome with grief, Aditi collapsed to the floor, weeping uncontrollably.
Who's body was it? Why did Abhay marry Aditi?
