(Circe's pov)

I awoke from a nightmare and sat up in my room. Tamara looked up from her desk to glance at me. 'I'm fine,' I mouthed silently. I shared my room with three other girls– Tamara, Cade, and Lulu- but everyone called her Lu. Lu was one of the youngest people here, being 10. She was also a really good fighter and a Metamorphmagus meaning she could change her appearance at will without any potions– she didn't have the best control over it but she was getting better every day. Her natural hair color is a very dark brown, almost black, and she has deep brown eyes and tanned skin. Cade was a quiet 16 year old, she was very observative and skilled in sneaking around stealing things, she was also good at potions. She had short brown hair and pretty much always wore a black beanie and black clothing with hints of burgundy.

I got up and quietly walked around the room trying to shake the nightmare off. I glanced at Cade and Lu who were sleeping peacefully then I glanced at Tamara who had gone back to doing whatever she was doing. I paced around for a little longer before I sat back down in my bed and tried to fall back asleep.

I woke up the next morning and everyone was gone. I hadn't slept well the second half of the night but I didn't have any nightmares so I guess that's fine. My nightmare had seemed so real that maybe it was real– Thomas getting tortured by father, him lying on the floor, motionless till one of the Death Eaters dragged him out and threw him into his room. Thomas had pulled himself to his feet and limped over towards his desk then pulled out a bottle of something and started drinking before I was pulled away into the forest where vines trapped me and no one came to help me.

I got ready and headed down to breakfast. I found Tamara and her brother Adryan. I sat down and turned to them "I've thought about it, and it sounds good, and it will get rid of the siphon powers right?"

"Yes" He nodded his head

"Ok, I'll do it then"

"Great, we can start this afternoon or whenever you want"

"This afternoon sounds good" I replied

He smiled at me and nodded his head before turning away and talking to another boy sitting next to him.

(Mattheo's pov)

The first weekend in June I was informed Theodore had gotten called home for a couple of days but less than a day later Theo appeared in my dorm covered in bruises and cuts. His jaw was bloody and he could barely talk, he was just able to mutter 'help me' before he collapsed to the floor.

I helped him up and onto the bed before I started healing him and gave him a couple potions. I lied by his side and constantly checked on him to make sure he was still breathing.

The second he opened his eyes his breathing became faster and his heartbeat shot up. He glanced around his eyes filled with fear. I hugged him and he tried to escape "Theo, it's me, you're safe" I whispered quietly in his ear and he relaxed into me as I pulled him back down to lie next to me and I continued holding him close. His breathing slowed down and soon his heartbeat returned to normal. He didn't speak for a while, which I was fine with, I would be fine just sitting here forever.

"I can't go back there" He whispered after a while "I can't-" His voice cracked

"You don't have to" I replied calmly "We can run away together if you like" he stayed silent "And live in a cottage in the middle of nowhere, and everything will be ok" he sunk more into me and I held him tighter.

"That sounds nice" He tilted his head so he could glance at my face and I saw a deep frown on his face

"What?" I asked
