Pavel became the team leader when his two seniors retired from playing. He had two new teammates Pon and a kid named Pooh. Pavel thought Pooh was only there to have fun like a kid until he saw that the kid wanted to bag a win for his team, to lead them to the championship. Amid the chaos, their love bloomed, like the cherry blossoms in spring.

The sounds of keyboard pressing and mouse clicking are being muffled by the voices of casters in the background and the sound that goes through the headphones that the players are wearing while the crowd is cheering for their team, X-Hunter, the best Valorant team there is.

"B site! B site!"

"Yellow bro, with an op."

"Just plant, I'll back you up."

"He has ult by the way, but he's low."

The team was a round away from becoming world champions as the two remaining players, Pavel and Nut, tried to clutch the round. Pavel was supposed to plant the spike on site but he had other plans of his own.

"Pavel, spike's on you!"

"What are you doing? We have five seconds!"

His teammates panicked in the voice comms as he dashed to the enemy who tried to hide to win the round.

Three, two...

"Got ya," Pavel muttered as soon as the enemy was in his sight, and with one click he killed the enemy with a headshot. They won and the crowd roared along with the casters while his teammates and coach wrecked his eardrums by shouting nice game, ggs, and Let's go. They all stood up taking off their headsets and went for a group hug as they happily took in the cheers for them.

After they fist bump with the enemy team they went on to the center stage as they all put their hands on the trophy and lifted it together and the crowd cheered even louder. That was the best day, arguably, for Pavel who reigned as the best Valorant pro player all over the world. Everyone cheered for him as he lifted the trophy by himself, they all did it one by one. The coach, P'Ace, joined them onstage as he congratulated everyone on the team. "Nice work guys. Congratulations." They all cheered for one another as this was a milestone they had reached as a team.

That was the only time they got to cheer for themselves though. After two years of playing, they never got the chance to be world champions again.

"What happened this time?" The players just got back from the stage, another loss from X-Hunter, they were beaten by their arch-nemesis again. They played well but not enough to beat the other team who was now the leading, Red Gaming. "Phi, Michael was too open most of the time." Topten was the first to complain. "What? Me? How about you? You were always flanking!" Those two were bickering which hurt the head of their coach and older brothers.

"Can you two stop?" Pavel scolded the two as his brows furrowed then he looked at Nut. "P'Nut! I told you to just plant! Why did you have to push with the spike? It happened three rounds, and those three rounds cost us our economy for the next rounds which we could've won." The older man sighed in defeat, he was guilty about it. "You are one to say, how can you not check corners and clear the site for us? P'Nut just had to do it because you die first." Topten says and Pavel glared at him, he was right though. Pavel had made many mistakes during the early game by not checking corners and sites which brought the mentality down.

One stayed quiet amidst the chaos, the in-game leader, Sailub. "Sailub, what can you say for your team?" The coach asks as he sees the man plopped down on the chair while massaging his temples. "It's my fault phi, if I called out correctly and traded them immediately we wouldn't have lost the game." He says as he rests his hands on the sides of the chair and then looks at his teammates. "See? Even your leader doesn't blame you but puts his mistakes first. Each of you made mistakes so not only one, but all of you are to blame. What's happening really? Did you guys fight before this?" Ace asks as he crosses his arms.
