As I lounged on the couch, indulging in the guilty pleasure of cookies and television, I couldn't help but steal glances towards the bedroom where my boyfriend was still lost in slumber. The exhaustion from his work had claimed him, leaving me alone to entertain myself on this lazy morning.

Just as I was about to switch channels, the sound of his footsteps interrupted the silence, drawing my attention like a magnet. With a sleepy shuffle, he emerged from the bedroom, his tousled hair and bare chest a sight to behold. Despite the early hour, he exuded an irresistible charm that never failed to make my heart skip a beat.

"Morning, sleepyhead," I greeted him with a smile, unable to tear my gaze away from his disheveled yet undeniably attractive appearance. "Ai'nuu," He blinked because of the bright light, rubbing his eyes as he made his way towards me, his movements languid with sleep. I couldn't resist the urge to tease him, a mischievous grin playing on my lips as I savored the moment. "It's eight in the morning," I informed him, unable to suppress a chuckle at his dazed expression.

As he settled beside me on the couch, his warmth enveloping me like a cozy blanket, I couldn't help but feel a surge of affection for this man who had stolen my heart. His arms found their way around my waist, drawing me closer as he nuzzled against my neck, his breath tickling my skin. I offered him a cookie, watching with amusement as his eyes lit up with delight. "Why settle for just cookies when I have you?" he murmured, his voice husky with sleep as he leaned in to steal a kiss. I blushed and was left speechless as he stood up to go to the kitchen.

"Why are you just eating cookies? You could've cooked yourself." He roared from the kitchen and after a few seconds of daydreaming, I shook my head and looked at him from the couch as he got ready to cook breakfast for us. "And burn your condo? Never mind." I said as I turned to look back at the television.

After finishing up in the kitchen, he called out to me and I eagerly made my way to the table to settle down for breakfast. Taking my seat, I watched as he carefully placed a plate piled high with sizzling bacon, fluffy eggs, and golden pancakes in front of me. I dug in with great enthusiasm, savoring every bite, knowing that he had prepared the meal with skill and care. "You're the best boyfriend ever, will you marry me?" I said in between bites, he wasn't a chef but what he cooked was so good.

"Eat slowly, the food won't run," he chuckled, his voice carrying a hint of amusement as he reached out to tenderly wipe a stray crumb from the corner of my lips. I couldn't help but smile at his gentle gesture, feeling a surge of warmth blossom within me at his caring touch.

Savoring the delicious flavors dancing on my tongue, I relished each bite of the breakfast he had prepared with such love and care. The aroma of crispy bacon mingled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, creating an intoxicating symphony of scents that filled the room. His eyes, the color of dark chocolate, sparkled with affection as they lingered on me, his dimpled smile melting my heart with its sheer adorableness. I paused mid-bite, momentarily taken aback by the intensity of his gaze, a soft blush tinting my cheeks.

"Is there still anything on my face?" I inquired, breaking the spell as I glanced at him with a mixture of confusion and curiosity. He shook his head, his grin widening into a playful smirk.

"Nope, you just look so cute when you stuff yourself," he teased, his tone laced with affectionate fondness. "You really looked like a rabbit." His words elicited a playful swat on his arm, followed by a giggle that bubbled up from deep within me. I can't help but melt on his sweet words, how can I be so lucky to have this man for myself?
