Meanwhile, in the neighboring kingdom, Udon Thani, another prince, Prince Nut Supanut Lourhaphanich, was waiting for someone to sweep him away from the formalities of court life.
Their paths cross unexpectedly during the annual Royal Masquerade Ball in Bangkok where Ping and Nut are drawn to each other from across the crowded ballroom. Unaware of each other's identities, they share a magical night of laughter and dance, leaving an indelible impression on each other's hearts.
As fate would have it, Ping and Nut find themselves entangled in a series of chance encounters, each one bringing them closer together. They uncover shared interests and dreams with each stolen moment, forging a connection that transcends their royal titles.
However, their burgeoning romance faces obstacles as the truth of their identities is revealed. Amidst the pressures of courtly expectations and familial obligations, Ping and Nut must navigate the delicate balance between duty and desire.
With the help of loyal friends and confidantes, they embark on a journey of self-discovery and courage, determined to defy convention and follow their hearts. Along the way, they learn that true love is worth fighting for, even in the face of adversity.

I just got back from my trip to the secret islands of Greece but as soon as I heard the news about the Queen I cut my trip short. As I set my foot back in Bangkok, all I heard was how the kingdom had been in shambles ever since the Queen's health deteriorated. "Your Highness, the King has requested your presence at the Queen's private chambers immediately." A courtier had passed me down a message when I entered the palace. As fast as I could I ran to the Queen's private chambers and when I got in front of the door, I let out a deep breath and then knocked.
"Come in." A man's voice was heard from the inside.
I turned the knob and walked in and I immediately noticed how everyone was gathered at the bed on both sides. "Mother," I called as I walked at the edge of the bed and she smiled at me, though weakly. "My son," She called back as I bowed to acknowledge the King on the other side of the bed, holding the Queen's hand, then I sat next to my sister who was also holding our mother's hand. "I'm sorry to cut your trip short." She says weakly, more like a whisper with her voice hoarse. "You're more important than anything right now," I said and she chuckles, slow but steady. "You shouldn't say that or your future queen will be jealous." She jokes then she coughs softly which worries us even more.
"You should rest more, Mother," I said as I held her hand with my sister. "Ping, your mother and I have decided to move your wedding sooner. The annual Royal Masquerade Ball is happening in two days by then we hope you'll be able to choose a partner, and we'll have the wedding next week so you can ascend to the throne as soon as possible." I looked at my father then my mother, and without saying anything I nodded. "I'll be going through the files in my private study. If you need me you can call me." I said while bowing as I stood up and then left to go to my study.
