AlanJeff: Pack Omega

Alan was the best boss anyone could ever have. He's the owner of the X-Hunter garage, and the most reliable guy I know but sometimes, his dedication to our team becomes his downfall, as he takes on too much work and pushes himself too hard.

I get how he has always been the heart and soul of the team. He's dedicated, hardworking, and cares deeply about us, but lately, I've noticed how much his constant workload has affected him.

"P'Alan! We need more investors to expand the team. Babe wants to compete internationally next year and I don't think the money, even with Pete's investment, is enough to cover the whole team's expenses." Way says while looking through multiple accounts lists and financial reports.

Alan was working on a car that was supposed to be finished yesterday but one of the mechanics fell ill so he had to work on it by himself, thus he woke up earlier than usual. It was hard for him, not to wake up early but to leave bed where he could snuggle up with me when he woke up early in the morning. There was nothing we could do except go to work early.

"Okay, I'll get into it later! Put a note by my desk so I won't forget." Alan says trying to finish the work on the car as he knows multiple pieces of paperwork are piled up on his table. Way didn't argue seeing how busy the man was and left him.

"Do you want me to work on this so you could work on those paperwork first?" I walked to him and asked but he smiled and shook his head. "It's okay, I can handle this. I'm almost done and I'll go do that."

Alan managed almost everything at the garage, from scheduling appointments to ordering parts to fixing cars. Everyone adored him for being so caring and reliable, like an older brother they could always count on. Charlie, Babe, North, Sonic, Kim, Dean, Way, and Pete were all grateful for Alan's hard work, as they could always ask him to do stuff for the team and he'd do it. After all, he was the boss.

Somehow I felt like we connected in that level of not asking for help when we needed to.

"P'Alan! Can you tune our cars after? I think it became slower after the mechanics have modified the models of some parts." I heard Babe asking Alan who was still currently busy working on the car. "Okay, sure!" Alan says without looking at the man. They left just like that, they were sure Alan would do it anyway.

"I could do that for you phi! I'm finished with my work anyway." Alan was for sure busy today so he might not be able to get into that soon. "Are you done writing down the analysis report I asked you?" I looked away and he just chuckled. "You can go work on the desk over there, go now before I ask you to do inventory work." I sighed as I walked away, I didn't wanna argue early in the morning so I did what I was told.

"Khun Alan!" I swear everyone's just calling him today for something. "We need to take in new mechanics, some of them left to work on another garage." Tuy, one of the technicians, told Alan who couldn't help but sigh. "I'll make some post about it soon and take interviews, don't worry." He left without asking another thing, assured that Alan could do it. Can't they just do it?

"P'Alan we need new parts for Kim's car. We found that might be the cause of a slow horsepower from the engine. The list is on your table phi, thank you." Port, a mechanic, just pats Alan's shoulders before leaving Alan alone. I can see Alan sighing again, he has a lot on his plate like always.

While working I heard a phone ringing then I looked up to see Alan taking a phone call, it looked like it was an investor and he was politely bowing as if they could see him. Man, he even had to deal with investors almost every day. How does he manage things? I can see him massaging his forehead before returning to work on the car.

"P'Alan!" I heard North, Sonic, and Dean call him at the same time. "We're here first!" North and Sonic tried to defend but knowing Dean he wouldn't back down from the duo. "I'm here first! I need to speak with P'Alan first!" The young man defends. "No way! We need him first!" The duo defends back. The trio fought in front of Alan who seemed confused about how to stop them.
