chapter thirty

*savannah's pov*

it's currently the next day, after we left the police station they had an officer follow behind us until we made it back jack places. jack and sam weren't
so happy that nicole and i lied about where we went. jack was worried something happened to us, which i understand was wrong that we lied but it was better than worrying them more about the situation.

although they were still worried but whatever it was a lose lose situation. it's now 7:30 am, i have to be at work by 9 am. we start the photo shoot for the new bikini line. i get up from bed and walked to where i left my bags, we don't usually dress up fancy to work since we change anyways once we get there.

i grabbed a pair of black leggings with a brown sports bra. i take them to the bathroom so i could take a body shower. once i was done i brushed out my hair and left it natural. i did my regular morning routine including make, after that i changed into my clothes and threw on my all black hokas.

once i was all ready i walked back into jacks room to see he's awake. "morning babe" i said. he didn't say much after me coming home last night i know it upset him. "morning" he says. i sighed and grabbed my perfume and deodorant. after i applied that, i walked out the room grabbing my work bag.

i walked into the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle. i just realized i have no car. we left it in the apartment garbage. instead of bothering jack, i walked to johnson's room. i softly knocked, i hear him say come in before i walked in.

"sorry to wake you up." i said walking in. he smiles, "no worries i was just about to get up anyways. what's up sister." he says. "i hate to bother you but is there any chance you could drive me to work?" i asked. "of course its no bother to me. is jack still sleeping?" he says.

"um no he's awake, it's just he's still upset about last night." i say lowly. he sighed and got up from bed. "we were all worried for you guys. we're a family i think we should be able to tell each other everything." he says. i nodded, hes not wrong.

"but let me brush my teeth quickly then we can head out! do you want me and g to get your car today?" he asked. i really hate bothering people with my problems. "um no it's okay! i should be able to get it after work. i'll uber there." i said.

"yea you're insane, we're picking it up today." he says laughing as he walked to the bathroom. i chuckled and walked out his room. i went to the living room and waited for him, then i see jack coming down the stairs. "are you not going to work today?" he asked.

"i am. johnson is getting ready so he could drop me off." i said not looking at him. "why didn't you ask me? or are you just not going to tell me anything anymore?" he said with an attitude that caught my attention.

"it's not that i don't want to tell you anything jack. it's just that i hate that i involved all of you to this big mess. i hate that my problem became everyone's problem. it's might fault this house is now crammed. i don't want you to constantly worry about me since you're about to leave to tour." i sighed.

"you're my girlfriend savannah we're in this together, you're problems became my problems i want to fix. i don't want things to be kept from each other." he says. i see him walk towards me and takes a seat by me. "im sorry for not telling you." i said. "i just want to make sure your safe and good when im not with you." he says.

i hugged him tightly. "thank you jack. i'm really sorry i'm so problematic." i said. he shook his head. "i can take you to work babe." he says. "i've already woken johnson up, don't worry about it babe." i said. he nodded and smiled. johnson shortly walks out and grabs his keys. i say goodbye to jack and walk out the door.

johnson and i started to listen to their album he kept talking about how excited he is and how most tour dates have sold out. i'm so proud of them. eventually we made it to work and i had to say my goodbyes. i walked into work to see julia and kelsey just getting their too.

we went to hair and makeup and started getting ready for our shoots. today we were just getting out fittings and shooting some sets. it was also a short day today since the fittings don't take that long.

*fast forward to the end of work*

i ordered an uber to jacks house. it's currently 2pm, jack won't be home till maybe 6. once my uber got here we headed home, it was a 15 minute drive. the whole time nicole was texting me making sure i was okay, since we both don't have our cars i believe sam is tagging along when they get home to get our cars.

i finally made it home safely after i tipped the uber extra because they were really sweet. nicole was laying on the couch watching a movie. "living the life i see" i joked. "my best life" she says smiling big. "let me change quickly so i can join you." i say. she smiled and looked back at the tv.

i walked up to jacks room, when i got to his room i noticed the window was opened and the bathroom light was on. i don't remember jack ever opening a window. i instantly thought something was wrong. i ran out the room and went to nicole. "nicole did you leave the house today??" i asked.

"yea i went to get groceries, why?" she says. "and you haven't heard anything?" i asked. "savannah what are you trying to say???" she says getting up. "jacks window is open, the lights were on in his room." i said. i soon here someone bang from upstairs. nicole and i both looked at each other. we both panicked, i ran to grab jacks car keys that he left while nicole started calling the police.

"we need to leave!" i shouted. nicole and i begin to run out the house we tried to get the garage to open but once it did, i saw him. he was standing there in front of the car. i pushed nicole behind me, while she tries to talk to the dispatcher.

"what did i tell you savannah? you're running my life now? i'm definitely not done with you." he says walking towards me. i kept backing up with nicole, we currently outside the house. "julian what do you want from me? just leave me alone!" i shouted at him. he grabbed my arm aggressively causing me to squeal in pain.

"you, you're all i want. well wanted, now i just want payback you ruined my life." he said. "you did this to yourself! why did you force your way back into my life?!" i said trying to get away from him. "let her go julian! you're not right in the head!" nicole yelled.

julian wrapped his arms around me making me face nicole, she gasped when she saw him bring a knife to my neck. i was so scared i froze. "julian please you're going to hurt her! if you actually loved her you wouldn't do this!" she cried. he's grip got tighter, soon enough we hear police sirens. he pushed me so hard i hit the car so hard i fell to the ground. before i blacked out i saw nicole trip him just in time for the cops to attack him.

last thing i saw was him face down bleeding from his mouth from how hard he fell and with cuffs on.
