In a hard-fought battle, the Mechas seem to be gaining the upper hand. They simply have more maneuverability than The Empire's fleet, however, they make up for it with firepower. All it takes is one to completely obliterate a Mecha. On the ground, the two sides have started to fight on a smaller scale. The Mecha army has some sort of exo suit that strengthens them, but The Empire's multi-tools and superior numbers are too much for them. They are easily pushed back by a group of them. That is until Mecha reinforcements arrive, decimating the army. The Empire's forces on the ground fall back as the Mecha forces cheer their victory, but that seems short-lived.

Cindy flies in, ripping apart one of the Mechas easily with her giant claws like it was made of butter. She grins as the other members of her legion land on the ground, seemingly unscathed from falling from such a height. The Empire's forces were not running from the Mechas they were running from the Chimera's. Despite most of them being much smaller. They don't seem to have much issue at all ripping the giant robots apart, some of them even look like they are enjoying it.

Wolf charges ahead on all fours ripping one of the legs off a nearby Mecha with her teeth, it collapses onto its back as she rips open the cockpit licking her lips as the pilot screams. The Giant Bear lady starts knocking the rest of them away with powerful punches, roaring out a battle cry. "That'll be enough of that." Someone says arriving in a blue Mecha that looks more advanced than the others. The pilot is the man with an eye patch from earlier. His Mecha came equipped with a giant great sword, which he used to destroy the ground below, knocking most of the legions back. Wolf and Cindy are all that can withstand it. They both grin, happy to find a worthy foe both charging at him.

Despite its more durable hull, and more powerful horsepower. A giant robot is ill-prepared to fight small creatures. He struggles to land a hit on them. "Blast, what are these lasses made of, a normal human wouldn't be able to take a single hit from me." He says in frustration. "Do we look like normal humans to you shithead," Cindy says with a scowl, grabbing onto a joint and squeezing till it is crushed in and unusable. He takes to the air, but it's no use, he can't out-speed them. They are moments from ripping the cockpit doors off when The Hopper arrives with the girl in tow.

"Well, it was fun, but I don't want them to scratch up our house," Raleigh says, opening her cockpit in midair and jumping out. "Wait! I definitely can't drive this thing." Clyde shouted as The Hopper thudded to the ground. Raleigh transformed her multi-tool into a rapier stabbing at Cindy, catching her off guard, but her thick scales proved hard to pierce. Cindy grabs the end of it, grinning. "Well, well, well, look who it is. I don't know why you are crashing our party, but I bet the boss would give me lots of praise if I brought your head to him."

The Mechas just stood back as Raleigh yanked her weapon away, transforming it into a chainsaw with energy blades. Wolf lunges forward ready to pounce, only for Cindy to step in her path. "No, fuck off, she's my prey," Cindy says to her. "You just want the glory, you stupid lizard," Wolf says in protest but obeys her. Cindy takes a deep breath before spewing out a plume of fire from her mouth, surprising Raleigh, who is barely able to dodge out of the way in time. "Holy hell, that's kinda cool, actually. How does that even work." Raleigh asked inquisitively. Cindy just shrugged, slashing at her more with her claws.

Elsewhere, it seems that Marcus has deviated far from the battle in the flagship, landing on a deserted island with a temple. There were large statue-like things all around that resembled golems. The team of hackers were all gathered around the room with their computers still typing away. "Status," Marcus says, tapping his foot. "The Operation is almost in its second phase." One of the men speaks up. "It seems the code of this world is not so easily obtainable, but like expected it will lead us to The Source." "Hmm that's unfortunate, but I suppose that was just extra credit in the end, how soon can you open the path?" He inquires. "I would estimate that the hacking will be done in 10 minutes, sir." The hacker says in response.

The Battle rages on between Cindy and Raleigh. Raleigh has switched her multi-tool into a fist to try and match her in raw strength, but it seems they are evenly matched. Raleigh Throws a bomb at her feet and jumps away. It does minor damage to the dragon. She wipes away the blood from her mouth. "Alright, that's what I'm talking about," Cindy says gleefully. She is fired up now, ready to fight on forever, but Marcus invades her ear with a transmission, quickly changing her demeanor. "Cindy status." He asks bluntly. "Sir! We were totally owning everyone until that girly you were worried about showed up out of nowhere to fight me, She's pretty strong." She says, hoping that will earn her brownie points with him. Raleigh doesn't try to fight her, but is ready for her if she attacks. "Really now? How interesting it turned out that way, it's too bad. We must move on now, return to me." He says with a sigh. "But, weren't you worried about them, shouldn't I..." She tries to give a justification for her to keep fighting her. "I didn't say not to leave them with a parting gift. We want to be good hosts, after all." He says, ending the call.

Cindy smiles. "I wish we could've finished bustin you up ourselves, but we gotta bail. See yah." She grabs Wolf and flies away before they can do anything. All traces of the others had vanished as a payload dropped to the ground nearby, starting a timer. The Fleet started to fly off toward where Marcus had gone. Raleigh and the others approach the load confused, right as it opens to reveal the same type of bomb The Old Man tried to use to blow up The Port world. Clyde who had gotten out of The Hopper somehow realized the severity of this. "There is no safe place if that goes off, and we don't have a demi-god to help us this time." He tries to scramble, thinking of a way they could get it away. But without thinking, the protagonist of the Mecha show grabs the bomb and flies off into space with it. "Wait, no, don't do it, you'll die." The Man with an eye patch pleads with her. "It's ok, pops, this is what a hero does."

She flew out as fast as she could, and as far as she could getting just far enough away to save everyone from the blast it sent shock waves all over the planet, even taking out part of the moon. Marcus looked at the explosion from the island, tugging at his collar. That was risky even for him. He would have died in the explosion too if they didn't stop it, but it did what he needed it to. The Hackers finished their work. A pillar of light shown across the sky, enveloping the island. Making an impassible force field around it as a giant portal opened up. The Emperor looked on from inside the vortexes between worlds. "Yes now with all the doors unlocked we can truly begin Project Deforestation! Attention, all empire forces. Abandon your post, and follow me!"

Other massive portals were opened on other worlds that also were being invaded in the same fashion as the Mecha one all of them linked together creating an even larger portal countless ships entered the world with the portals and through those portals they were able to arrive at their true destination, The Source of it all, the trunk of the tree. Raleigh and the Mecha forces may have successfully defended the planet, but it seems they may have lost the war.
