"Hey," Liv says, wandering out to the poolside where Elliot is sitting reading a magazine with his breakfast.

"Hey beautiful," he smiles, looking at his new fiancé as she takes a seat next to him, coffee in her hand.

"I've been thinking -"

"Uh oh, about what?" Elliot asks, sliding his reading glasses off his nose.

"I think we should move to Italy," she says, a determined look in her eyes.

"Have you been drinking?" He asks, his hand moving to her forehead. "Do you have a fever?"

She swats his hand away and smirks at him. "I am fine, and I'm being serious," she smiles. "I need to wind down with work for this baby's sake. What if I hand in my papers? We can go home and get everything sorted, get Primrose a passport, find Ivy a school," she smiles. "We could start a new life with our little family here."

"You're serious," Elliot says, watching her eyes light up when she talks about it.

"I could get a police job here once the baby is old enough, or I could be a housewife while you work," she smirks. "Probably the former though," she laughs. "I think we could really do this, El."

"Are you sure? SVU is your life," he says.

"No, Ivy, you, this baby - that's my life," she smiles. "Besides, I'm sure Italy has special victims too."

"Okay," Elliot grins. "I will look into it, if you're sure?"

"I'm absolutely positively sure," Olivia giggles.

"The party's out here this morning?" Ivy asks as she wanders tiredly outside. "What's for breakfast, Mama?"

"Uh, not sure," Liv says, tucking her hair behind her ear. The sun reflects off her ring, and it catches Ivy's eye.

"What is THAT!?" She gasps, rushing to her mother and taking her hand. "Shut up, he asked to marry him!? Awee."

Olivia laughs, looking at her ring. "Are you okay with that?" She asks her daughter, who nods enthusiastically. "Okay, good."

"My life is perfect," Elliot smiles, watching his girls as they cuddle. "I hope this baby is another girl," he says.

"Girls are a handful. You should know that already," Liv says, cuddling Ivy. "I wouldn't mind a boy."

"I don't care as long as they are healthy and you are happy," Ivy says, sitting on her mom's lap. "Can we go sightseeing today?" She asks hopefully, and Olivia looks at Elliot.

"Sure, enough lounging by the pool. Let's go and explore," he says, closing his magazine. "Go and get ready, my ladies!"

Ivy giggles, climbing off Liv's lap and running back upstairs to find something to wear. Liv stands and wraps her arms around Elliot's middle, her head resting against his. "I love you so much. Thank you for making her so happy," she smiles.

"Just Ivy? I hope I'm making you happy too," he says, and Liv nods.

"I'm the happiest woman alive right now. Everything is finally falling into place. la mia vita è perfetta."

They make the most of their afternoon. They take a guided tour of the local vineyard - Elliot tries lots of tasty wine, and he even let's Ivy have a sip. She decides, unlike her mother, that she hates wine. Liv requests they buy a bottle for her to drink once the baby is born, given how Elliot wouldn't shut up about how tasty it was.

They visit the recommended places for great architecture. They are in awe of how beautiful everything is. Liv is falling more in love with the place by the day. There was no way Elliot could talk her out of this idea she had to move here, not that he wanted to.

They end their evening by hiring bikes and doing a cycling tour of the area. Their whole day is spent with lots of laughter and smiles. Olivia has never, ever felt so happy before. This is the life she wants. This is all that she's ever dreamed of.

They cycle down to the beach and discard their bikes at the top of the sand. "Race you to the water!" Ivy shouts, running down the sandy beach, giggling as Elliot tackles her to try and slow her down. Liv jogs along behind them, laughing at them as they playfully try to stop one another from winning.

"Hey guys!" Liv calls from the water as she dips her feet in. "I beat you, losers!"

"You should've tackled her," Ivy giggles, wriggling free from Elliot and running into the sea. "Eek, it's cold!"

"It is almost dark," Liv laughs. "The temperature has dropped. What did you expect?"

"The sea to be heated like the pool," Elliot teases, wrapping his arms around Liv from behind. "What a view."

"I know, isn't it stunning?" Liv asks.

"I was talking about you," he whispers, kissing her cheek.

The rest of the vacation flies by, and before they know it, they are arriving home again. Ivy drops to her knees as they walk through the front door, Primrose running towards her. She scoops her up and kisses her all over.

"Thank you so much," Liv says to the dogsitter as she removes her coat, flinging it over a chair.

"Not a problem, she's such a well-behaved dog," Michelle smiles. "I hope you had an amazing vacation."

"We did," Liv smiles, removing her shoes as Michelle puts hers on. "Drive safe," she says as the young girl leaves their apartment.

"Right," Liv says, yawning. "I have work in the morning so I'm going to go to bed." She kisses Elliot and then her daughter, who is cradling the dog like a baby. "Be good," she tells them as she strokes Primroses' belly before walking to her bedroom.

Elliot wheels the suitcases towards the bedroom before he takes off his coat.
"I'm hungry," Ivy pouts, looking sweetly at him.

"Hi hungry, I'm dad," he says, smirking at her pouty face. "Want a sandwich?"

"Sure," she smiles. "Thanks, daaad!"

Olivia walks into work, her glasses on her head.

"Captain! Welcome back!" Fin says, following her into her office.

"Thanks," Liv smiles, standing at her desk.

"Liv!" Amanda grins, appearing in the doorway. "Did you have a good holiday?"

"We had an amazing time," Liv smiles, tucking her hair behind her ear, and that's when they notice the ring.

"My man, Elliot finally popped the question?" Fin asks with a grin, and Liv smiles, blushing as she holds out her hand.

"Did you bring something else back from Italy too?" Amanda asks, eyeing up the bump that has appeared around Olivia's middle. Liv smooths out her blouse, and Amanda squeals, covering her mouth with her hand.

"Oh, congratulations," Amanda says, engulfing her friend/ boss in a hug.

"Congrats, boss lady," Fin says, hugging her too.

"Thank you," Liv smiles. "We are very happy - and so, for now, I will be mostly on desk duty."
