They have been home from Italy for a month, and Liv's belly is growing more and more by each day. She is now halfway through her pregnancy, and everyone knows. It's impossible to hide, not that she wants to anyway. She hasn't told anyone except the cheif of police about the move. She needed to give him enough notice to find her replacement.
And now that Elliot had finally found them a new home, she needed to tell her friends. It was going to be difficult, but her replacement had just arrived, so now was the time.
"Guys," Liv smiles, her hand on the back of the tall man beside her. "This is Jeffrey Ridens. He is my replacement," she says.
"Hi," Amanda says, extending her hand to shake. "I'm Amanda."
"Hi," he says, shaking her hand and then moving to Fin.
"Sergeant Tutuola," he says, shaking firmly.
"I want you to make him feel welcome, I've already told him how great of a team you all are," Liv smiles sadly.
"Well, don't worry, boss, you'll be back soon," Amanda smiles, her smile wavering when she sees Liv's sad expression. "Right?"
Liv sits on the edge of Amanda's desk and smiles. "I'm moving to Italy," she tells them. "We just bought a house."
"Italy? Wow. I knew you looked too happy when you were there!" Fin says. "This is great news, sad for us but great for you."
"Hey, at least we'll have somewhere to go on vacation now, right?" Amanda says, pulling Liv into a hug. "I'm so happy for you. You deserve this."
"Thanks," Liv smiles, hugging Amanda tight. "I'm going to miss you all. You're my family. I promise I will stay in touch."

They pack everything up and ship it to their new home in Tuscany, a beautiful, large traditional Italian home. With acres and acres of land, they are yet to decide what they want to do with it, but Liv is up for the challenge. She is the happiest she has ever been, and she can't wait to start this new chapter.
"Primrose loves it here!" Ivy says as the puppy does zoomies around the stacks of cardboard boxes in the middle of the room.
"Me too, Primrose," Olivia grins, unpacking some boxes.
"It's getting late," Elliot says. "Let's finish the unpacking in the morning."
"I want to do a few boxes first," Liv says seriously.
"Mama," Ivy giggles, picking Primrose up. "Go to bed!"
"You go to bed," Liv frowns at her daughter, smiling as she comes over to kiss her.
"I am, goodnight, love you."
"Love you too," the older woman smiles, watching Ivy walk up the large staircase.
