not features, but she has bad vision so she wears round glasses, except when she's going out (she wears them at school sometimes). she also has ear piercings like the ones in the 3rd pic. also, her voice to me would sound like miwa's from jjk, both in japanese and english.

PERSONALITY: miyuki seems like a cold person just by looking at her, but the second you talk to her she's the sweetest person ever. she tends to make friends easily because of her out going personality. shes a bit loud sometimes, she's very easy going and laid back so she tends to go with the flow in every situation. which is why people find it easy to talk to her. she's considered one of the nicest students in school. she always has a smile on her face and she can be very flirty.
however, due to trauma miyuki tends to hold a lot of her sadness inside because she doesn't want to worry others. she tends to cry very easily if someone expresses gratitude towards her, if she accomplishes something, or if she's mad.
LIKES: video games, reading manga, and watching movies, her friends, her family, todoroki, hawks, edgeshot, mirko, drawing, taking pictures of her friends, candy, chocolate, sleeping, spicy food.
DISLIKES: closed/cramped spaces, entitled people, people who are mean to her family and friends, summer.
with her quirk she can control and alter natural weather on a significant scale. this can include manipulating temperature, precipitation (like rain or snow), wind patterns, and atmospheric conditions. she can create powerful storms, clear skies, induce fog, summon lightning at will, etc. she has the capability to affect weather in specific areas or even large areas.
