"Maybe or we just been living in peace our whole lives we don't really know what danger is." Jisung shrugged before looking at the demon Lord. "This is a long story, would be more comfortable if I could sit down." He stated and Minho waved his hand.

Both Yuqi and Jisung sat down and Jisung cleared his throat. "Right so tell me what do you want to know or where should I begin?"

"Everything, start at the beginning." He nodded his head.

"Xia Xihe wasn't always the formidable goddess everyone now knows. She used to live on the streets when she was just a child. Then she got sold and treated like a slave, as she was someone's property now. But at least she got some decent food sometimes. So it wasn't all that bad to her at least."

"At the time she met my dad, they were both around the same age. They had gotten on the wrong foot the first time they met. You see they had bumped into each other and Xihe was rather filthy and the dirt on her clothes landed on his newly purchased clothes for his mother. He wanted to surprise her and worked hard for the money to buy her these for her birthday."

"He got so mad at her, she nearly cried or so he says. Xihe apologised and offered to help him clean the clothes as she was really good at it. She knew how to get the dirt stain off of the clothes and she succeeded in doing so."

"After he saw the clothes looked as good as new. He immediately felt bad for calling her a bunch of mean names and apologised. That's how their lifelong friendship started."

"They lived in the same city and were the same age, so whenever Xihe had free time. She would come out to go and play with my dad. Years passed in a blink of an eye and my dad had worked hard to buy her freedom. You see my dad was in love with her. I still think he loves her deeply to this day. But she never loved him back."

"Instead when they reached their twenties they went travelling to go cultivate to become stronger. My dad being a immortal was already really strong but there's no harm in putting in the proper work to become even stronger."

"Xihe was being mistreated in the immortal sect because of her heritage as a spirit clan member. She was being treated as less, they hadn't yet changed the world. So Xihe herself knew she would have to cultivate to become strong enough to protect herself."

"Back then nine tailed foxes were already pretty rare and so no one expected Xihe to be one. She was incredibly kind and didn't talk back to people. As they went on their cultivation journey they had gotten closer and stronger."

"One day up in kagori mountain they came across a cave. In that cave was trapped a boy. Xihe saw him and felt pity because he looked sad and hurt. My dad didn't trust it at all. He tried to get her to walk away but she just couldn't. As she was admiring the boy trapped in a crystalline structure the cave started to collapse."

"She had to react fast and so she made all nine of her tails come out to act as protection to shield them both. My dad was flabbergasted at this revelation. However her spiritual energy seeped into the crystalline structure and helped free the boy."

"The boy was unconscious so they had no choice but to take him along with them out for he cave. Days passed before he awoke. He had thanked them for saving him, freeing him from that trap and left."

"Xihe had never once forgotten him, apparently a few years later she met the boy again and she fell in love. She never once said if he loved her back or not, so I don't know."

"It's said that the boy doesn't know how to love." Minho stated and Yuqi looked at him peculiarly.

"Right, however according to my father they spend plenty of time together and even shared some intimate moments. But soon after he disappeared and she was heartbroken. During that time you appeared so I'm sure you know the rest."

"You wreaked havoc among all the tribes that they had to unite. They established rules for equality for all. They formed armies together and united under Xihe."

"She was the most powerful of all. She had united everyone to defend against you and to stop you. She knew she was going to die facing off against you but she didn't waver in the slightest."

"She formed a plan and sealed you away using most of her spiritual power. Then she used her tails to make the objects that sealed away your power making them unbreakable prisons. Then with a sad smile on her face she muttered her last words before she passed away. Turning into nothing but dust."

"What were her last words?" Yuqi asked.

"I don't know, my dad got so furious when I asked him the same thing. So it's probably something among the lines of that she loves that boy or something." Jisung shrugged.

"You'll be the cause of your own death." Hyunjin muttered as he sighed and signalled Changbin to take him away. "Take him to my place." He whispered to him and Changbin nodded.
