WAR ARGH

Everyone was preparing for the war. The troops were training and getting enough rest so they'd be on their best.

Minho was busy placing protective wards up all around their home. To keep them safe from any and all attacks now or in the future when he wasn't there to protect them.

Minho looked around and saw Hyunjin flirting with some of the female demons.

"I'm going to war ladies, I might not come back." He pouted. "Let us take care of you tonight lord Hyunjin!" The begged and Hyunjin reveled in this attention.

"Hyunjin stop flirting and come here. We have plans to discuss for tomorrow." Minho said and the ladies immediately bowed to him and then to Hyunjin getting off of his lap.

Hyunjin sighed and whined a little. They made their way to the meeting room where Changbin was at. "My lord." He greeted and Minho nodded.

"So for tomorrow, everything is ready." Changbin stated. "We have to be prepared we don't know what Xihe could be planning to do." Hyunjin added.

"Oh already done with your lady friends?" Changbin asked mocking and Hyunjin whined. "Minho dragged me away." He sighed and Minho glared at him.

"Sorry my lord." He straightened his posture immediately. Minho had changed since he became demon Lord, he's no longer allowing any fun between them.

"If anything happens, make sure to keep everyone save in here. Hyunjin as my second in command you take charge of the demons. This is only a precaution should things go wrong which they won't."

"Yes my lord, thank you my lord for your trust in me." Hyunjin bowed and Minho waved him off.

"Get everyone ready, we leave in 10." He said before leaving the room.

Dark clouds roamed the sky and thunder boomed in the sky. Even the sky knew what was going to happen today. Perfect war weather.

The demon army clad in black stood on one side as they watched the alliance march towards them. Hyunjin stood at the back on a higher part along with Changbin.

They saw Xihe scanning the crowd looking for Minho. "Where's your demon Lord!" She shouted and Hyunjin just rolled his eyes. "So obsessed."

Suddenly the sky roared and lighting struck before a massive black dragon emerged. The alliance was scared and the demons cheered. "Now." Hyunjin said and Changbin gave the command and the demons started attacking.

"Attack!" Xihe screamed and so they did. Minho immediately swooped down and obliterated like a quarter of the massive army of the enemy.

He kept going at it until he was met with Xihe who confronted him. She looked into the dragon's eyes and saw the smirk and hint of amusement in them.

Minho quickly changed back to his human form to fight against Xihe. "I hope you'll at least give me a bit of a challenge."

Xihe lashed out at him. "You used me!"

Minho shrugged avoiding her blows."You used my feelings against me!" She cried as she struck him with her tail.

Minho chuckled. "No you did that yourself. I asked you to help me and my kind. It was you who refused."

"That's not true!" She said as they exchanged blows and hit each other.

"Xihe stop fooling yourself. All this happened because of you." He said as he stabbed her side making her cough up blood. "N-no!" She cried out as she entered into a flurry of blows with Minho.

Soon she was exhausted and so was Minho. Her fellow clan leaders helped her recover before they resumed fighting again.

This kept going on repeat over and over again until Xihe finally had a plan. Things were desperate and she had to save her people.

"I'll have to seal him away. It's the only way we'll win this war." She said through gritted teeth. "Will you be able to do so?" She nodded and they all agreed offering her some extra strength.

Xihe and Minho exchanged blows again. This time more final more threatening. Minho's claws were out slashing at her. So we're Xihe's but they were less sharp. Her tails were out to help her out.

Blood was dripping down her body and so was the case for Minho. He had a few gashes that bled a bit before closing up again shortly. Xihe didn't have this regenerative ability so she was stuck bleeding.

However she had a mission and she wasn't going to let him win over some loss of blood. She leaped forward and did the unexpected to throw him off.

She pressed her lips on his before making hand signs and putting the seal on him. Minho shocked pushed her away abruptly and she coughed up some more blood.

"Is this your tactic to defeat me?"

She shook her head wiping away the blood. "No but this is." She inserted her energy into the seal and it glowed. Minho crouched down as he felt his power depleting.

"What did you do?!" He growled at her. "I took some of your power and I'm going to seal it away." She said before Hyunjin and Changbin arrived at the scene to help their lord.

They saw his state and anger flared in their eyes. "Now I didn't think you people would ever cheat. You can't even win a war without cheating and you call us dogs?" Hyunjin taunted and Changbin glared at her.

She chuckled. "It's the only way to ensure our safety." She said before finishing the seal and locking him away in the chasm. Minho was utterly paralyzed and couldn't do anything. He cursed her name a thousand times and swore revenge.

"Minho!" Hyunjin yelled before lashing out at Xihe. She was too preoccupied she didn't see the hit coming at it hit her dead on.

Hyunjin and Changbin immediately retreated their troops to safety as per Minho's request and vowed to find a way to free him.

Xihe coughed and sealed away his power in the nine objects before dying. Hyunjin's hit proved to be fatal bringing the end of her.

And nothing really changed only the hatred towards demons grew more and more over the years and the legend of Xihe was spread. Only the legend was a lie.

Voila the end of the past yay! I didn't want to fully write the fighting scenes so yeah and all that crap and taunting before he got sealed away so yeah just imagine he said wtv. ✌🏻
