CRISTINA AND BURKE WALK UP the stairs.
"We're not telling... people." Cristina tells Burke.
"I haven't told anyone." Burke replies.
"I know, I know. Just... don't." Cristina says.
"I'm not going to... yet." Burke tells her.
"I just... I need to tell my friends here first." Cristina says.
"I have friends here." Burke replies, making Cristina give him a look. "Shepherd and William."
"Oh, no you can't tell Shepherd and William." Cristina shakes her head. "You cannot tell Shepherd and William until I've told Meredith and Maddison. It will be a thing."
"You act like this is a disaster." Burke says. "But the world won't implode if people know."
"I will tell them, today. Just... wait." Cristina nods.
ADDISON LOOKS UP FROM the newspaper she was reading, while standing at the back of the elevator, and gives Richard's newly dyed hair another look.
The elevator doors open and Derek and Liam step in.
"Good morning." Liam greets, as they both stop.
"Morning." Derek greets, then both of them stare at the Chief. "What's different?"
"Something's different." Liam says.
"Nothing." Richard replies.
"Leave him be." Addison tells her.
"What happened to your hair?" Derek asks.
"Nothing." Richard repeats, just as the elevator opens and Mark and Burke walk in.
