IZZIE TRIES TO GET UP off the chair in Meredith's kitchen.

"How do you treat pancreatic divisum? Izzie?" Cristina calls out, making Izzie slump back in her chair.

"Oh, Cristina." Izzie whines. "If you're not gonna let us sleep, you at least have to let me put coffee in my cup."

"Okay, so go." Cristina replies. "No one's stopping you."

"I'm too tired to go." Izzie groans.

"Pancreatic divisum." Cristina repeats.

"Dorsal duct sphincterotomy." Alex answers.

"Not your turn, but correct." Cristina scolds, then turns to Maddison, holding out the card to the girl, who was almost asleep next to her. "Muffin, you do me."

"I don't have the strength to do anyone." Maddison groans, but takes the card.

"I can't believe O'Malley's missing this." Alex mutters. "How's he gonna be ready?"

"Oh, you're kidding, right?" Cristina scoffs. "We have Callie's cards, but George has-"

"George has Callie." Izzie completes, wistfully.

"What's the most frequent cause of diarrhea in hospitalized patients?" Maddison asks.

"Is she coming to this bachelorette thing tonight?" Izzie asks Cristina.

"Rotavirus." Cristina answers, then turns to Izzie to answer her question. "Yes." The she rethinks her first answer. "Uh, no! No, no, no. Uh, salmonella."

"Diarrhea in hospitalized patients." Maddison questions, just before Meredith walks in.

"The most frequent cause of diarrhea in hospitalized patients is C. Diff which can lead to toxic megacolon, perforation, sepsis and death." The intern answered, as she walks to the sink. "That's what killed Susan."

With that, the girl walks out.

"Is she okay?" Izzie asks.

"At this point?" Maddison sighs. "Which one of us is?"

"Oh, she's fine." Cristina replies.

"Dude, she's messed up." Alex says.

"Of course she's messed up." Izzie adds. "Susan was basically her surrogate mother."
