S3 E18 scars and souvenirs
MADDISON WAKES UP IN bed with a strong arm around her waist. She tries to slowly pull it away, but it was wrapped tight.
"Liam..." Maddison whispers.
"Hmmm..." He hums, pulling her closer.
"I need to go, I have rounds." Maddison tells him.
"Okay, I'll get up-" Liam tries to say.
"You got home in the middle of the night." Maddison replies. "Stay in bed, I'll be fine."
Liam sleepily nods, and goes back to sleep, while Maddison sits un in bed, and her eyes meet Pudding's, who had Bagel sleeping next to him.
She narrows her eyes at the dog.
MADDISON PUTS THE TOOTHPASTE on her brush and starts to brush her teeth, when she turns her head to the bathroom entrance and sees the golden retriever sitting dutifully at the door, staring at her.
"You know, I don't need 24/7 surveillance, Pudding." Maddison tells the dog. "It was just an accident and it's been more than a week, I'm fine now."
The dog just stares back at her, like he didn't believe, making Maddison sigh.
MADDISON WALKS INTO THE kitchen, where Liam was standing, talking on his phone and Pudding waddles in after her.
"I don't need a bodyguard, Pud." Maddison mumbles to the dog.
"He's just worried about you." Liam gives her a smile, as he hangs up his phone.
"Who were you talking to so early in the morning?" Maddison asks, as she pours coffee in two cups.
"CPS." Liam answers, making Maddison turns to him. "They found Adrian's mother-"
