Rose Ramirez and Lorenzo Martin have known each other since 5th grade. They were each other greatest enemies for the longest time. Until last year, when their paths kept crossing. After having, all the same classes, going to the exact same therapist...
The only reason I'm mad at Rose is because she brought up Cal and Oliver, along with, playing that one song. I know it's a stupid reason, but I just need a reason to be pissed.
I've just been in the bathroom, for like 13 minutes. I'm curious if Rose is worried. Actually, I know she is. She texted me and I still never texted back. I should probably, go back to class, I'm basically skipping at this point.
When I also reach the classroom door, I take a breath before entering. I know it's gonna be some shit when I walk in. I walk and everyone's eyes are on me.
I feel like Pac in 96'.
Mr. Naujour doesn't look too mad, Rose looks worried and disappointed, while Ananya is just, Ananyaing with a death glare. She has that look like she could kill me with a pencil.
I walk towards Mr. Naujour, to give him the pass, and explain while I was so long,
"Enzo, where the hell you've been? I had called the office, to send a guard to find you. You had Rose, worried as hell. It don't take that long to use the bathroom," He says.
"I know, I know. I'm sorry," I say while making direct eye contact with Rose.
"Do you think I could go see the school psychologist, Nel?" I say in a slightly ashamed voice.
"Yeah, but what for? You okay?" He says concerned and softly.
"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just going through a lot of different emotions right now."
"Alright. Don't worry kid, you'll get through it. But before I write you a pass, I need to write something else down. Song recommendations."
His words make me feel better and make me smile. I watch him as he writes songs down, on a page of his notebook. He writes 10 songs down, then he rips the piece of paper out of his notebook. Then he grabs a piece of paper. I watch as he signs his name, and writes down my name.
"Here. I'm for real, listen to them songs," He says while passing me the piece of notebook paper. As I look at the paper the songs are,

I put the pass in my left jean pocket, and the song lists in my right jacket pocket. I go towards our table before I walk out of class.
I go to Rose, and I see she's about to open her mouth, to most likely yell at me. So I lean in and kiss her on the cheek.
"I'll be back," I say softly while turning around. When I walk away I see her jaw basically on the floor, and so is Ananya's. I also see her touch her cheek like she had no idea what just happened.
