After nearly an hour of being stuck in traffic and driving we were finally on the road the Annandale was located on. We'd picked up Ash and Shanee after we'd left my house.

"Far out!" Said Calum looking out the window.

We all pressed our faces up to the windows.

Wow.

I couldn't believe how many people had lined up outside. There was so many, I doubt whether they'd have enough room inside.

"Are they gonna fit inside?" Aurora asked.

"I hope so!" Adam beamed from the front of the van.

We pulled up around the back of the Annandale, before jumping out. We grabbed our gear and walked in through the door where the manager of the hotel met us.

"Come around here", he smiled leading us into a room which had been set up like a dressing room with some make shift mirrors and a few couches.

Adam started talking to the manager about things while we went and made ourselves at home on the couch.

"You guys wanna get ready to do a quick practise?" Ash asked.

We all nodded before hopping up.

I looked down at Aurora who was sitting by Shanee and smiled.

"You all know the set list?" Cal asked.

"How could we forget?" I laughed.

"Here we go",  Luke instructed and we started.

"Okay guys two minutes before you go on!" Adam exclaimed.

Nerves suddenly ran through me.

This never usually happened. What made tonight any different to the other shows?

Aurora was here, I wanted to make her proud, show her what we could do.

"I'll be out there, watching", Aurora whispered into my ear.

I turned around and grinned at her.

"I'll be looking out for you", I smiled back.

"Ready boys?!" Adam asked.

Aurora smiled at me, "Good luck", she said before giving me a quick hug.

Her hair smelt like vanilla as it tickled my face, quickly before breaking apart I gave her a small peck on the cheek.

She blushed as we broke apart.

"Lets go", Adam said.

I walked with the boys towards a door to which lead onto the stage that had been set up, turning right before we walked through I seen Aurora and Shanee had already left to go out.

"Here we go", I smiled, before following behind Calum as we walked out onto the stage.

Walking out there was a large amount of clapping, combined with a few screams from girls.

I waved to the crowd as I went to grab my guitar, and set it in place.

Mainly towards the front were a lot of the people who'd been lining up as we'd driven past, sitting by the bar were a few older people, whether they'd just come to the bar for a drink or to watch us, I wasn't sure.

I finally found Aurora and Shanee, they were sitting at a tall table on stools with their drinks, Aurora seen me and gave me a small thumbs up, which I returned with a wink.

Taking my seat on the other side of Luke, I positioned my microphone to the right height.

"Hi guys we're 5 Seconds Of Summer, I'm Luke", Luke pointed to himself, "And this is Michael, Calum and Ashton".

I smiled at the crowd and gave a wave, the others did similar.

"5..6...7...8" Ashton counted in.

"Back in high school we used to take it slow"
