Kai took in his mother's composed expression and approached her in confusion.
Huang Zhishu began heavily. "My son, how could I not prioritize your wellbeing? You have to know that my greatest accomplishment is that we are still able to enjoy life in the Manoban family despite the fact that I married a trash like Manoban Pu who died so early. How could I rely on Somi and you? As of today, your sister is already blind and paralysed. She is living a life worse than death and will soon face the death sentence. I hate the Manoban family with all my heart. How could I actually offer them a good solution?"
"What do you mean by that..."

Lisa's men have already destroyed the Dark Moon Organisation's base. The person herself is currently on the run to avoid Lisa's men. We can only come up with separate plans on our own."
Kai's expression turned serious. "Mom, does that woman know of our relationship with Dad?"
"Of course not. Otherwise, would we be sitting here unharmed?" Huang Zhishu harrumphed coldly. "Perhaps even when she dies, she'll die unaware that your father used her like a fool."
"Mom, let's not mention her anymore. It's too dangerous!" Kai spoke heavily.
"Fine. Regardless, she will definitely attempt to take Lisa down in response to his pursuit. All you have to do is coax Cui Qin well. Mom will find a way to make her appear before Chongshan's eyes."
