The three cubs sighed as they relaxed in the forest. After playing for so long fatigue hit them and so they laid side by side on the ground.
Kopa looked up and saw that it was getting late. Turning his head to the two females giggling at each other she shook his head with a smile.
"Ayana? Vitani? It's getting late" he finally said making the two turn to him. Ayana looked up at the sky and sighed.
"I didn't even notice" she said sitting up.
"Yeah I'ma be in so much trouble if I don't get back soon" vitani panicked making the two worry.
"You can go. See you soon?" Kopa asked walking up to her. Vitani smiled and nodded.
"Yep" nuzzling the prince vitani winked at Ayana who giggled and she ran off.
"Bye ayana!" Was what they heard as the cub ran out of sight.
"Lets get going" Kopa said and they started to walk out the forest.
After walking for sometime they heard something or someone. Turning in that direction they saw Kiara with another cub who she was jumping around in front of.
Kiara stopped seemingly frustrated as she tells the other something. Kopa ran over while Ayana stayed put sitting down on the grass as she watched Kiara greet her brother.
Ayana continued to watch the three as the unknown cub seemed wary of Kopa. As she watched that cub she saw eyes, red eyes behind him as the three unaware cubs talked, Kiara mostly. Ayana gasped
A lioness jumped and roared loudly and before Ayana could blink she saw the pride run past her with Simba roaring as well.
"Zira"
"Simba"
They growled and Ayana found herself under Nala who was beside simba. The lioness noticed them and as plainly as anything said.
"Nala"
"Zira"
Nala responded in the same plain tone of voice. The lioness eyed Ayana who shook under Nala. Kiara and kopa who was right in front of her was terrified to the bone.
The conversation seemed to blare as the next thing she knew Simba told her to get out and with a malicious smile she grabbed the other cub and walked off.
Kiara was in Simba's mouth with Kopa under him and Ayana kept under Nala as they walked back to pride rock. The king soon stopped and made a gesture to his two cubs before Nala walked off again.
Ayana went with her mother and eyed Kopa a last time.
Simba looked down on the two glaring at them. Kiara was smiling nervously while Kopa just look bored.
"What were you two thinking you could have gotten killed!"
But daddy I didn't mean to disobey-"
"Dad I didn't do anything wrong!" Kopa cut Kiara off
"Really Kopa? Then what were you doing huh? Instead of protecting your little sister as future king you were prancing around" kopa's eyes widen.
"I was with Ayana I wasn't my fault Kiara got in trouble. And how was i supposed to protect her I'm not going to be with her at all times!" He shouted.
"That's why you should be with her! If you can't protect your little sister how are you going to protect the kingdom!"
"What about Ayana huh!? She my little sister too!" Tears ran down his blue eyes as he looked at his father's shocked expression.
"You told me once that "we are one" if we are one then why do you always exclude Ayana? What did she do to you!" Kiara was now feeling worse now as Kopa runs off.
Simba watched his son run back to pride rock before turning to Kiara.
"Kiara-"
"Daddy what did Ayana do to you?" Simba was shocked when he heard his daughter.
"What-"
"Kopa's right. If we can't be one without Ayana. She makes us 'one' adopted or not" Kiara soon walked off before down right running after Kopa.
Simba sighed looking up at the sky. One star stood out for it shone more brightly than the moon itself. Seeing said star Simba felt convicted.
What had he done?
Ayana saw kopa walk in the den sniffing as he came closer to her.
"Kopa?" Even though she called out to him all he did was snuggle into her side and put his head in her fur silently for her comfort.
Ayana was confused but didn't say anything. Kiara soon came in after and saw the two with Ayana looking down at Kopa worriedly.
Summoning her confidence she walked up to them making Ayana's eyes snap to her.
"Kiara is there-" but just like Kopa all she did was curl up into Ayana's side silently resting her head in her neck fur.
Now Ayana was even more confused. What happened to the Kiara that hated to be near her? Well she wasn't complaining as she smiled when they curl up closer to her getting comfortable.
Sighing she laid her head in Kiara's neck, wrapping her tail on Kopa she smiled and fell asleep.
Nala came inside the den and when saw them her eyes went wide. Smiling she went be behind Ayana and curled her cubs into her fur.
Simba came in soon after and saw them sleeping.
"She makes us 'one"
Smiling Simba joined his family
Yeah! Simba is redeemed I hope you like it so far guys I try my best to please you guys I'm not the best writer out there but yeah! 😅
