"Josh.." I breathe out as my eyes look at his and let every word sink in.
"Yes." I smile and nod as tears flood my eyes.
A small exclaim comes from Josh that is a mix of breathing, laughing, and a scream. I can't help but laugh as happy tears roll down my cheeks and Josh places the ring on my finger before his lips press against mine with fever and passion.
"Really?" Josh whispers against my lips as he breaks our kiss.
My hands cup his cheeks and I nod. "Yes. Yes. Yes."
"I love you." Josh breathes. "I am officially the happiest man alive."
"I love you." I repeat the words to him as our lips meet once more.
My dress begins to move up my thighs and to my hips as my back meets the duvet underneath. Hands roam as we each explore over each others bodies with slow tender touches. Goosebumps form in the wake of Josh's fingers, while our lips never part from one another.
I break the kiss as the boat rocks. "Maybe we should get back to the mainland."
Josh chuckles. "What we can't re-enact our throws of passion here where we first done it for you being my fiancée?"
"I prefer we get back and in a bed that isn't rocking or can flip over if the storm gets to bad. One time is enough for me."
Josh laughs and kisses quickly before he pulls up and holds his hand out. I sit up and he hands me the lemonade and bag of chips before opening the door and stepping up to the floor area. My eyes watching as he gets behind the steering column and starting the motor before he jumps over the top area I am currently at raising the anchor from the water. Watching as it comes up from the water and seeing the waves hit the side of the boat.
We are close to the shoreline. So it is like the small waves we are having is twice as much because we are getting it from the main part of the lake then what bounces off the shoreline too. It scares me just a bit to be on the water with it storming, just happy it isn't as bad as when I had first met Josh.
Josh drives the boat with precision making it to the dock within a short time. I step from the bunk area and he holds a hand out, even in the rain the small stones sparkle. We walk at a normal pace as the rain feels so good and just soak in the time together. Just as we make it to the truck, Josh spins me and dips me back slightly kissing my lips in the rain. That is until I jump, startled by the loud crash of thunder, making Josh laugh and open the door for me to get in the truck before he gets in quickly.
Leaning over the console, I pull Josh to me and kiss his lips before pulling back. "We forgot the picnic basket." At least I did grab my bag.
He shrugs. "I can pick it up tomorrow or when at work next. There isn't any food left parishable."
I nod as he starts the truck and I look over to my car.
"We can get that tomorrow."
I smile and agree with him as he takes my hand. He drives and we jump out running up to the door as our lips meet again before I can unlock the door. Once I get the key in the lock, Josh pushes me in and up against the wall in no time. The door is shut and locked before he picks me up into his arms with my legs around his waist as he walks to the bedroom.
Josh opens the door and takes a step into the room before closing the door and placing me on my feet. Our eyes never leaving one another as we share small kisses before he breaks apart and turns me around. I take in the flower covered room and more happy tears form in my eyes.
"You done all this?" I turn my head to look at Josh and his cheeks are a pink tint.
He nods and rubs the back of his neck. "Cheesy but you deserve cheesy."
With a small laugh, I spin and capture his lips once again. Our feet move until the bed is underneath me and my purse dropped to the floor. My dress riding right back up and his fingers skimming up my calf to my thigh. Right as my hand palms him through his jeans and feel how hard he is.
Slowly clothes start to be peeled off and they make a 'flop' sound as they hit the ground still wet from our walk through the rain. A small laugh comes from both of us before our lips join once more and I moan feeling him press against my core.
Josh thrusts slowly, filling me to the max as our pelvis' meet. Our rhythm is slow as my hips roll and he pulls out to push back in while my hands hold tight in his hair.
"More." I break the kiss and Josh smirks before he moves his hands to my hips holding me in place as he begins thrusting at a fast pace.
My head is thrown back and my back aches more allowing him to hit that sweet spot deep within, making me see stars. The knot in my stomach snaps and I clench around his hardened shaft. Josh grunts and his movements turn sloppy as he finds his release and rolls us to the side.
As our breathing slows to a normal rate, I giggle a little from the feel of flower petals stuck to my skin. "This was a nice gesture but it feels so weird with the petals sticking to my skin."
Josh laughs and gets up from the bed. He holds his hand out and I take it. He spins me around he removes the petals from my skin. Our feet walk to the bathroom and he fills up the large tub with warm water before adding some bubbles to the water.
I slowly sit in the tub and hum as I feel each muscle relax.
"I will get the room cleaned up."
"I will help." I wave my hand and try to pull Josh towards the tub with me but he shakes his head.
Josh kisses my lips and then walks to the bedroom. My ears listen as he moves over the carpet and then I hear little patters, opening my eyes too see Chuckles standing and raised up on her back feet. Her nose wiggles then she gets back down on four paws and scurries from the bathroom, making me laugh. Eventually Josh joins me in the tub and we relax in the water as our hands roam each other's body.
