"Am home," Taehyung called out entering the house with a huge grin on his face. It's usually always there when he comes back home from the office.
He walked inside and up the stairs, his eyes desperately looking around for the sight of his husband or daughter.
He walked into the first-floor living room and almost breathed in relief at seeing his husband home. He removed his shoes and kept them over the rack as he started walking in just his socks.
He knew for a fact that he would have been disappointed if Jungkook hadn't been home yet.
He had called Jungkook so many times before leaving the office but Jungkook's phone was switched off which made him believe that he might be out for some mission.
"Angel." He said loudly startling Jungkook who turned around to look at him and his eyes widened when he saw Taehyung walking towards him.
"Tae s_" Jungkook didn't have time to even complete his sentence as he just hurriedly rushed towards Taehyung and picked him up bridal style.
Taehyung who had no idea what was going just tilted his head looking at him with a frown,
"Well, I clearly didn't expect this type of welcome. Now, come on put me down!"Jungkook sighed looking at Taehyung. He leaned down to kiss Taehyung's forehead,
"Thank god." He breathed over Taehyung's head just making Taehyung more confused.Jungkook noticed the look on his face and motioned to the floor with a jerk of his chin. Taehyung looked down and that's when he finally realised what was going on.
Jungkook was standing in his slippers while there were pieces of glass all around the floor. It looked like a glass jug had fallen and shattered into a thousand pieces.
"Oh!" Taehyung said understanding why he was picked up out of nowhere.
With that Jungkook started walking over to the couch in the room and softly put Taehyung down on it.
He kneeled down in front of Taehyung and picked up his feet but Taehyung pulled away,
"What are you doing? No baby.""Shut up!" Jungkook smacked his thigh and again started checking his feet to see if he got hurt. He sighed in relief when he found no wounds. He dusted off Taehyung's socks.
Finally, he looked up at his husband who was grumbling because he usually is the one who treats Jungkook this way, and he doesn't like it when Jungkook does these things.
"Idiot, you should have looked at the floor first before rushing to me!" Jungkook said putting his chin over Taehyung's knee and looking at him with soft eyes.
Taehyung grinned and Jungkook just knew what was about to come as Taehyung cupped his cheeks and said,
"How could I ever look at anything else when you're in front of me?"Jungkook sat up straight and just stared at him before moving over to sit on Taehyung's lap and pecking his lips,
"Welcome home, hyung." He said with a smile.Taehyung smirked and pulled him back for a better kiss.

"Why does this smell different?" Jungkook whispered as he and Taehyung stood in the kitchen having chocolate milk.It was late at night and both of them felt like having a quick drink after their extracurricular activities. Sa-Rang had already fallen asleep hours ago.
Taehyung shook his head just gulping down the milk Jungkook made,
"Anything you make is perfect angel." He said after finishing his glass.Jungkook again sniffed his glass and frowned when it still smelled wrong. He took a sip but there was nothing wrong with the milk, it just smelled wrong.
