But I did.
Your name made my heart beat faster
Every night I dreamed of you

We were lovers in a past life
And my dreams
were the memories of our love
That I must have kept
Deep and hidden inside my soul.
Our bond resisted time and space
But it didn't resist guilt and remorse
What a shame.
I used to close my eyes
To see your face
Every time when I was afraid.
