Chapter 6

"Is you going home?" a big lady in scrubs asked me.

"Uhh what time is it?" I asked.

"It's 6:39 on the morning" she replied. Damn, I been here all night. Well let me go see my boy before I go. I got up and stretched a lil before walking towards the door.

"Uhh where you going?" she asked. "you can't read? Visiting hours don't start till 7:00."

Damn. "Well is there some where to eat around here?" I asked after I heard my stomach grumbling.

"Yeah there's a McDonald's downstairs." she said with me dashing out of there.

In mcdonalds I got two sausage biscuits, some hash browns, and a large orange juice. I saw this lady walk in that looked just like Tanisha. Maybe I was just trippin or some.

" I know you, your Keshia's boy huh?" the lady asked.

"Yes ma'am..." I answered this stranger.

"Yeah you be round that bull headed son of mine, Donnell." she answered. Man she spit Nisha out. "what are you doing up here? I'll give you a ride home after my shift is over at 7. You need it?"

I filled my pockets for my keys...Nope. One of my boys must've took my truck. "Well yes ma'am I guess so, thank you."

Once I got home, I decided I wasn't going in till 11.

I just wanted to sleep.
