The day of her seventeen birthday, she thought her family will come celebrate with her as they promised last week but none of them inside the house right now. Is she asking too much even one small cake or a birthday wish from her own family?

she sigh and went back to her room and laid on the bed.

'let's read and see curtis~' she smiling alone trying to make herself happy. after few chapter, she look at the clock and it hit 12 pm. She know it pass her birthday already but she put her hand together.

'god, please, make me happy too.' she wish and close her eyes for a moment before opening them and look at her window. 'please.'

Before she know it, her wish is being granted and or really someone is helping her?

"what a pretty female doing here" The red feral snake slithering towards the female on the grass. when he look closely she can see the female is really pretty with those hair and the night dress she wearing.

he bend down towards the female and her eyes open immediately.

"what?!" Dan-yin gasped open her mouth when the first things she saw is the eyes looking straight into her eyes! her eyes slowly went down and saw.. snake?

'wait...curtis?' she look up again and it indeed curtis! she cover her mouth shocking with this dreams.

"female." Curtis slither more closer to her since she move away from him and he didn't like it one bit.

"yes..?" Danyin  clearly don't know what to do at this point. is this dream or real? 

"where are your mate" Curtis looked around and he can see there not even one mark on her body. 'is she underage?' he thought for a moment.

"i don't have one..." she said feeling excited and scared at the same time. She don't know why she here and is the manhua...already started..?

"What about your clan? There's no way a female is walking alone in the forest," he said again, as he couldn't sense any presence around her. Her scent clearly indicated she didn't have a mate or male nearby. He observed the small female as she looked around, resembling a little rabbit. 'How cute.'

"I... I don't know," Dan-yin clearly didn't know what to say at this point. If she said she was from the ape clan like Bai, it would also cause trouble. She closed her eyes, hoping he wouldn't ask any more questions...

"come here" He said and looking at her green eyes. Curtis know this girl need his protection and he too, want her. maybe to lock her deep inside his cave.

When he saw how the female didn't move, He then took her delicate small hand and caressing it gently. 'how can a female be this soft and small' he thought and making his mind running wild with whatever things to keep her hidden from the world.
