The night passed smoothly, he didn't ask to mate with her, and all he tried to do was Bai in the manhua. Dan-yin looked relieved when he simply let her rest and sleep. 'I'm still not ready for two things to be inside me'

She slowly opened her eyes and looked down, realizing she was sleeping on top of the big snake. Cold. "Curtis..." she touched his skin, causing him to open his eyes and transform into a half-human form. "Yiyi." He kissed her cheeks.

"Yiyi, are you okay?" he asked, concerned by her pale skin. He remembered how delicate females could be, especially his own. "Mmmm? Yeah, I'm okay. Why?" she responded, puzzled by his question.

He gently touched her skin. "Yiyi." He led her outside the cave and placed her under the sun. She appeared confused yet content. Dan-yin sat on the grass with Curtis beside her.

He worried since in his memory female die every-time they have snake mate. He needs to bring her to the nearby village doctor before he losing her too.

"Yiyi, I'll bring you to the doctor." He said and lift her up again and faster slithering towards the nearby village.

"Is my face looking sick?" She asked. Due to her frequent illness and appearance, she seemed sick, but couldn't feel it.

"Yes, I'll take you to the doctor." He held her tightly, afraid of losing her.

'He really loves me...' she thought, leaning on his shoulder, grateful for his attention, something she rarely received.

Upon arriving at the village, she heard a commotion and saw the beast-man trying to prevent Curtis from entering.

"Feral! Stop right there!"

"Feral! What did you do to that female! Let her go!"

All of that, yet they never take action as they know they can't compete with Curtis. She gazes at the beastly man-shaped tigers. "He didn't kidnap me. We simply needed to see the village doctor," Dan-yin explained, and their expressions softened upon hearing her words.

They give him space to walk after few minutes of conversation with each other. They let him in to see the doctor just for the sake of the pretty female in his arms.

Knock. Knock.

Harvey opened the door, looking shocked to find a feral knocking on his door and carrying a small female in his arms. How could this feral have a pretty female? Did he kidnap her?

Harvey asked if the female was hurt, looking for any injuries. "She's feeling sick," Curtis said, bringing Danyin inside and setting her down.
