The past few days in the city have been peaceful, and Dan-yin heard that new females will arrive once the king returns. She wasn't thrilled about it because what if he suddenly interested with the new female....and and... she had heard that the other females were interested in Arran as their mate!! and even admiring his body!
Squatting in the thick snow, Dan-yin tried to form a snowball while grappling with her feelings about the other females' interest in Arran. She knew he wasn't hers yet, but he had given her a bracelet! Hmph! (˶˃⤙˂˶)
'i'm prettier than them'
"Ayin... it's cold," Winston said, noticing she was still holding the snowball. He watched as the cubs played around the house, falling down since the snow is around, they sometimes even bullied Harvey when Dan-yin wasn't around....
"It's okay~ it's nothing much~" she chuckled, finding his worried expression endearing.
"I wish the snow will be gone faster...I miss Curtis so much"
"it will be a while before the winter end" WInston said, he can sense her sadness..she really miss him.
Suddenly, Dan-yin stood up and threw the snowball at Winston, catching him off guard.
"Ayin..." he exclaimed, scooping up some snow to toss back at her. Not wanting to lose, Dan-yin giggled and retaliated with another snowball.
"Haha, look at that face!!"Winston's expression quickly transformed from surprise to determination as he quickly shaped his own snowball, a glint of mischief in his eyes. "Oh, it's on now!" he declared, his voice full of playful defiance.
Dan-yin laughed, the sound ringing through the crisp air, and she ducked behind a nearby tree for shelter, peeking out to watch Winston's next move. He was already gathering a small arsenal of snowballs, his cheeks flushed from the cold and excitement.
"You're going to pay for that one, Ayin!" Winston shouted as he launched a snowball in her direction, but Dan-yin was quick—she sidestepped, and the snowball splattered harmlessly against the tree trunk.
"Missed me!" she teased, sticking her tongue out playfully.
....
Suddenly, Harvey emerged and picked up the snow-covered cubs, shaking his head as he noticed Dan-yin and Winston.
"That's enough, you two. Dan-yin will get cold if it continues," he said, bringing the cubs inside and cleaning them off before placing them in a basket to warm up.
Dan-yin shivered as she hurried inside, quickly removing her outer clothes and rushing to the fireplace to sit close to the warmth.
"Cold?" Muir asked, wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her onto his lap. He could feel how cold her body was and enclosed her in his wings. "Your clothes are wet, yiyi," he whispered, sending a shiver through her.
She shook her head, leaning against his chest and looking up at him. "Change it for me," she said with a smile, knowing it would excite Muir. Surprisingly, all her husbands paused and turned to her, eager to assist.
'oh-oh...'
"I'll take off her top," Harvey offered.
"I'll remove her skirt," Winston chimed in.
"I want her panties!" Shuu exclaimed, eagerly joining in.
"I can hear you!" she yelled from the fireplace, embarrassed by their boldness. Even though they had seen everything, it was still humiliating! Dan-yin's cheeks flushed deep crimson as their teasing lingered.
"You all just can't help yourselves, can you?" she huffed, pulling her knees closer while the warmth from Muir's body and the fireplace soothed her chill.
Muir chuckled softly, relishing her flustered state, and tightened his wings around her as if to shield her from their playful banter. "You invited it, yiyi. Plus, it's not every day we get to help you out of those wet clothes."
Harvey smirked, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "I could always lend a hand. I promise to be gentle... or not."
"Mind the cubs!" she said, jumping up from Muir's lap and ready to dash to the bedroom from all the beastmen.
"The cubs are sleeping now," Harvey replied.
Dan-yin glanced at the peacefully sleeping cubs, wishing they would help her. 'Help your mommy!!'
"Don't be shy, Dan-yin," Winston said, moving closer.
"Ahh!! I just kidding!!" she giggled as she dashed toward the bedroom.
'curtis help me!'
