We have been working together with Sergeant Pavia for 3 months now, well more like me working with her. We don't work together, we are both totally different and our goals and strategies are totally different which has led to a big conflict in the team.

We couldn't stand each other. Because we knew very well that we were both competition for each other.

"We should start the operation from the north, the target will expect us to attack from west or east. If we attack head on they will be vulnerable." Pavia said pointing to the map as everyone in the meeting listened to her.

I rolled my eyes-"that would be something a madwoman would do. The target is in the south as you are going to attack from the front. The best defenses are always from the front the few defenses in west or east are snipers, which we can handle much more easily. We should go both west and east. Task Force to the west and Alpha team to the east." I made my point.

Pavia began to laugh sarcastically- "snipers who can easily take us out from the height they will be. They will have free field and we will have open field." Pavia said.

"We'll have air support. Literally 6 Blackhawks helicopters with full armament. We'll split 3 for the west and 3 for the east." I said.

"It's too much investment. It's impossible." Pavia said.

Everyone at the meeting was quiet even Laswell and Price.

"It's necessary. There is no other best option because your opinion is too risky. I pulled out the statistics, out of 100% there is only 35% chance it will work, it's suicidal." I said as I looked at Laswell and Price.

"Yes and yours is better isn't it? Because now that I remember that's why this division needs so much funding because you use it like you own it. You are not aware." Pavia said almost yelling at me.

"Yeah, mine is better....an statistical of 100% a 90% chance and all those funds... I'm aware of them, but you know what? I've never failed. While you? 3 squads of blood on your hands, or am I wrong?" I said as I stared at her.

She was shocked.

"What do you mean 3 squads? 3 squads have died under her strategies?" Gaz asked almost in panic.

"Let's calm down, where did you get that information?" Laswell asked me as she tried to calm the team down.

"I've got my birdies around the base." I said.

"So it's true?" Soap asked Laswell and Price.

Price agreed with a nod.
"Oh come on!!! How can she be part of our team?!" Alex said this time.

"Let's all calm down, we all have our faults-" Laswell said.

"Russ has never had flaws." Farah interrupted her. Everyone accepted what she said.

"I think the team speaks for itself." I said as I crossed my arms and looked at Price and Laswell.

"You're in the wrong, Russ. You mustn't panic-" Laswell tried to tell me.

"No, no. You guys are wrong. I warned you both to get her out or I'll ask for a transfer. We're going on three months now, I've given you both a chance." I told her very annoyed.

"Sergeant Russ, I think you're forgetting you're talking to your superiors." Laswell told me.

"And you forget that I don't need you, while you need me even though I'm recovering. So what's the decision?" I told her with a sarcastic smile.

Price just looked at me silently.

"You're crazy." Pavia said to me.

"Girls-" Laswell was about to say when Price got up from his chair. So Soap, Alex, Gaz, Farah and Ghost got up too.
