Upon entering the cafeteria I was quickly able to find my team, they were the loudest in the whole area. Thanks to Soap's loud laughter. As I walked to the table, I couldn't find Ghost anywhere.

Something that worried me.

"Guysss." I said as I sat down in the empty spot between Farah and Soap. My food was already on the table waiting for me.

As I looked at my tray I noticed there was chocolate pudding, my favorite.

"WHO BROUGHT ME PUDDING?!" I asked with a side to side smile.

"Guilty." Soap said giving me a smile.

"JOHNNY, You're the best!" I said giving him a short hug.

"I try to be, lass." Soap said to me as he continued to eat.

"How did you do on the test?" Gaz asked me.

I raised my eyebrows a little- "I think I did pretty well and I hope so."

"You'll come out fine. You always do." Farah said giving me a tender smile. I knew they were trying to keep me hopeful but it was so hard to think wrong.

I want to pass the test, but...I also don't want to get my hopes up so high when I can't even remember basic things about myself.

It really sucks.

"Where's Ghost?" I asked everyone at the table.

"He's in a meeting along with Laswell and Price." Soap said.

"With the general." Gaz also said.

General Shepherd.

"But...everything okay?" I asked.

They looked at each other...there was a great silence now at the table.

"I think we'll be pulled off the mission." Alex said for the first time.

"I think so too." Gaz said.

"But why? What happened?"

"Someone told Shepherd that you weren't in a state of complete confidence in your work. Which gets Price in a lot of trouble because he lied to Shepherd in his report, covered up your whole accident." Farah said.

"What?! But why?" I asked.

I felt very bad about the fact that Price could be punished for committing such an act but why? Why lie and risk so much of his job for me?

Everyone was silent again. They were hiding something.

"What?" I asked a little uncomfortably.

"Nothing, Price has always had a soft side for you, possibly that's why he lied." Farah said trying to keep everything straight.
