WOOYOUNG

Wooyoung stood over the sink, hot water running over his hand while he kept excessively washing it. He'd been going at it for literal minutes to the point people had stared at him as if he was some weirdo. Someone even mentioned him being a complete germaphobe.

Dance wasn't the best today. He usually had his thoughts and emotions under control during his classes but for some reason, he kept messing up the routine and choreography. Thankfully, their dance instructor for the day was Bada Lee rather than Miss Manobal so he felt like anxious. She was less stricter when it came to her way of teaching.

It still didn't change the fact that Wooyoung messed up a lot. Some of the students were starting to get irritated with him and having to repeat a whole dance sequence just because he couldn't get himself back together.

It also didn't help that he was constantly hearing those haunting voices in the back of his head telling him he wasn't good enough, he had no skills, no talent whatsoever. He was just someone who was barely holding on and would break apart any day soon.

He was starting to feel overwhelmed like every other time so for a few minutes he just let the water burn his skin and stood there watching it happen. Eventually he felt the sting from the hot water and turned it off, exhaling shakily. He dried his hands and decided to find the music department.

On his way, he managed to bump into the same person that had his head spinning in circles for the past few weeks. He had a conversation with Seonghwa, at which he invited him over for the night. Wooyoung held in his excitement as he nodded and left to find Hongjoong.

He arrived at the music department, walking past room to room. Each of them had different activities going on. Some were opera classes, some were just learning how to play certain instruments, some were actual vocal lessons.

Wooyoung stumbled upon one of the rooms where he saw Hongjoong's back. He had his head buried in a piece of paper, tapping the pen on his head.

The younger knocked on the door in a discrete manner but it seemed to grab Hongjoong's attention. He instantly lighted up at the sight of Wooyoung and went over to open to the door.

"You're finally here.", Hongjoong held in his excitement letting Wooyoung in, "I was actually struggling with some things so I hope you can help me in this one."

Wooyoung hummed with a gentle smile on his face, "I don't do music but I can try."

Hongjoong pulled out a bunch of papers from his bag, some of them having music notes and some having lyrics. Wooyoung's eyes almost enlarged at how much he'd have to help the elder with.
