SEONGHWA

Minsoo still wasn't back from uni and it was just Seonghwa staying at the mansion at the moment, except instead of idly sitting and doing nothing, he was trying to clean up a little bit. He'd ordered food because he wasn't in the mood to cook and he was only setting the coffee table with a few drinks and two cups while waiting for his expected visitor. His duvet, which he'd brought down in the morning seeing as he was freezing cold, was still sitting on that couch.

Seonghwa had to admit, he felt a lot different since the day he spent lunch with Hongjoong in the music room. That wasn't to excuse his actions. He knew he still had a lot to do and it would require him burning his pride to actually do it but at least he was starting to become more aware of others.

His clothes were rather simple. It was one of his baby blue jumpers and the grey jeans that he'd avoided for so long because he felt it made him look less masculine. But he felt more safer around Hongjoong which he still found off because he expected the younger to hate his absolute guts. Seonghwa's jumpers slipped off one of his shoulders repeatedly and he was starting to get sick of it but had to remember that that was just the way it was.

He briefly checked the time. It was only a couple minutes to eight and his guest still hadn't arrived. So he decided to kill time on his phone for a bit. He knew he shouldn't but out of curiosity, he went back to the post on the school community page. It still hadn't been taken down. People were still leaving comments there. Some talking about how it's his life and he could do whatever he wanted. Majority criticising him and calling him transgender. The comments hurt a lot but not as much as it'd done a few years ago. And even with the comments sexualising him, as disgusting as he found them, he was grateful no one had made a move yet.

Thankfully, the door bell rang after a couple minutes. Seonghwa hastily plugged his phone in and left to open the door. When he did, he gave a tiny, shy smile to the shorter male in front.

"Sorry I took so long.", Hongjoong apologised while Seonghwa moved aside to let him in, "It was quite hard to find this place since I forgot the last time I came here and how big your house actually is."

Seonghwa felt a little awkward even from the entrance. Partially because Hongjoong looked hella good looking for no reason. It was a simple white, button up t-shirt and he'd rolled the sleeves up to his elbow tucked into black dress pants. It was more of an outfit for some meeting but yet the younger looked casual ad well.

It was the first time he was having Hongjoong alone over. Usually, his other friends back then would've joined them too but this time, it was just the both of them. Hongjoong had a bag with him which he handed over to Seonghwa when he got in.
